Another move by the traitor Regime to sabotage Pakistan

Despite the remarkable progress made by HEC in rising the higher education standards particularly in the field of Science and technology which is the inevitable need of the hour, the traitor stooge regime which is undoubtedly the most inauspicious collection of the filth of the planet has once again planned to sabotage this land by approving the  shredding of Higher Education Commission into pieces.  This is disastrous for the future of Pakistan as it will lead to horrendous problems. It will lead to the same chaotic situation that exists in our schools. Formula-based funding will be replaced with political favoritism.

HEC is one of the very few departments which is playing it's part with all sincerity, adding a lot to country's progress. HEC is a launch pad which has provided the PhD scholars the power to innovate, think, create, publish and thus to play their part at its best. There is no lame justification that the traitor government could give for the very sinister move.

The illiterate, ignorant, matriculation failed  politicians who are surviving on bogus degrees, are completely unaware of the importance of knowledge at the hour.

The collection of the  scum leaders themselves merely believe on the policy of beg, borrow or steal. So obviously education has no importance for these burglars of the nation. Here's a glimpse of how educated and sophisticated our leaders are.

If HEC is dissolved it will be the final nail in the coffin of Pakistan’s education sector. HEC is the last hope as it will safeguard our future generations progress and development.

Qureshi blasts govt's plea for 3 weeks time on Davis case

Ex-Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi has said that Foreign Ministry officials had already briefed him about immunity status of USZ national Raymond Davis, so govt’s plea in the court for an extra time of three weeks was beyond understanding. “When the Ministry officials have given me a clear-cut briefing on the issue, then what this time limit stands for? It leaves a question mark”, he said. In an interview with a private TV channel on Friday, Qureshi said that he was not interested in becoming a stakeholder in the case, “but I do know that there is a petition filed asking the court to make me a party, and if they (the court judges) asked me to appear, I’ll stand by the truth I know”.

Commenting on PPP’s Core Committee meeting in which Qureshi was not invited, he said that he had done nothing against the party policy rather he had stated party viewpoint. He ruled out the impression that Foreign Ministry mishandled the Raymond Davis case, rather, “I briefed my leadership about the case and put forth a fact based viewpoint in this regard”. To a query, he said that he had not come with a formula or solution in his meeting with US Senator John Kerry some days back. However, he emphasised that there should be a solution to the issue but it must be respected and according to the law.

87% NATO containers have no legal status

The National Assembly’s Standing Committee on Commerce was informed on Thursday that 87% of the containers transporting commodities to the NATO and ISAF under transit facility did not have the legal status and the body summoned Defence Minister to brief the Committee on this issue on next meeting. The officials of the Defence Ministry and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) briefed the NA body on the legal and procedural arrangement governing NATO and ISAF transit facility. The Committee met under the chair of Engineer Khurram Dastgir Khan. The Committee showed its concern on the issue that 87% of the containers did not have the legal status, as they were not transported with NATO and ISAF labels.

The Committee was informed that there was no monitoring mechanism for the containers traffic specifically meant for NATO and ISAF in Afghanistan. It was agreed in the meeting that there should be a monitoring mechanism consisting of concerned ministries to check the transit facility given to NATO and ISAF. The body was further informed that in 2002 during Musharaf era, Ministry of Defence Government of Pakistan signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ministry of Defence, UK on behalf of NATO and also it is obligatory for Pakistani government through UN Security Council resolution to facilitate the traffic of containers through their ports.

Judge to hear Davis' case inside Prison

Lytton Road police on Tuesday submitted challan of accused of a double murder case, USZ national Raymond Davis before the District and Sessions Court Lahore for his trial in the case. The charge-sheet submitted before the court further stated that guns recovered from the deceased persons were not loaded and they had not pointed any gun at the accused. "Fingerprints had been found on triggers of the pistols and on the bodies of the deceased while tests showed that the bullets remained in the magazine of their gun, and not the chamber", it said. Police had also recovered a GPS tracker, wireless set, a survival kit, mobile phones and photographs from Raymond’s car while the accused did not cooperate with the police during the investigation in this regard, challan further said.

The double murderer USZ terrorist Raymond Davis
The court sources revealed that Davis plea of killing the two bike-riders in self defence was not correct as he killed them both intentionally and so he is facing case of killing Faizan and Faheem. According to statements of 47 eyewitnesses in the challan, Davis had not killed the persons in self-defence, and ,therefore, it rejects this plea of the accused. Eyewitnesses further said that Davis had shot at the two boys and continued shooting them even when one of them was running away. Police concerned requested the court to take action against the double murder accused under Section 302 of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC). Court sources further said that soon within two days a meeting of judges would be held to ponder over the trial of Raymond Davis case whether the proceedings of case should be open or be held in-camera keeping in view the security risk.

But some other sources also said that case of Raymond Davis will be referred to the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge Mehar Muhammad Yousuf after the meeting. Currently Raymond is being told in premises of Kot Lakhpat Jail. Meanwhile, the court will hear the case of Raymond Davis inside the Kot Lakhpat Jail, where he has been detained on double murder charges due to security reasons, official sources said. The hearing will take place here on Thursday (tomorrow) in maximum security portion where Raymond Davis is residing.

Obama 'Baracking' at Pakistan - USZ Embassy failed to give proofs of Davis being a diplomat in front of court

Wasting no time after USZ President Barack Obama’s immunity plea for USZ's murderer Raymond Davis, interpreted ‘threadbare’ by USZ Senator John Kerry on the ground, the Pakistan Foreign Office late Tuesday night proclaimed diplomatic immunity for the USZ double murderer whose criminal act cast a chill on the Pak-USZ relations. In a rare defence by a USZ president of a murder accused, Barack Obama said the United States of Zionism considered Raymond Davis a diplomat and Pakistan must also do so. On the other hand, the visiting US Senator, John Kerry promised that Raymond Davis would be tried in a USZ court. “The Americans believe in the rule of law”, he told a select group of journalists in Lahore. However, he didn't clarify that WHY THE RESPECTED COURT IN PAKISTAN WAS NOT ENTERTAINED WHEN THEY ASKED FOR THE PROOFS OF DAVIS BEING A DIPLOMAT AND THE REGISTRATION OF THE VEHICLES THAT WERE USED DURING MURDERS.

Following the high-profile prodding, the scumbags in Foreign Office wrote to the Law Ministry, “Raymond Davis is a diplomat and enjoys diplomatic immunity. He was appointed as a diplomat in the USZ Consulate”, and once again, nobody answered to the respected court about the proofs of him being a diplomat and the registration of the murder vehicles. Another report said the Pakistani puppet government has decided in principle to hand over Davis to Washington. Senator Kerry who arrived in Lahore is the co-author of the Kerry-Lugar-Berman Act. His arrival carried a lot of symbolic value for the Pakistan government whose swiss bank accounts largely depend upon American assistance, political as well as financially.

Talking to journalists, Senator Kerry said that Raymond Davis would be tried in American courts, assuring that all the facts would be sorted out with regard to his case. Senator Kerry expressed sorrow on behalf of the American people over the killing of Pakistani citizens (not on behalf of himself because the members of the satanic Skull & Bones society don't really care about taking non-jewish human lives). He said the relationship between the two countries would not be allowed to derail over one man since America is desperately stuck in the Graveyard of Empires. To a question, Sen Kerry directly disrespected the respected Pakistani Court and blatantly barked on that the Davis case had nothing to do with the Pakistani courts as Davis enjoyed diplomatic immunity under the Vienna Convention, once again without mentioning that USZ embassy was unable to provide the diplomatic documents of Raymond Davis in front of the respected court and Police for investigation along with the registration documents of the murder vehicles.

In Washington, President Obama "Baracked" Pakistan to free Davis, while insisting that he was not “callous” about the deadly shooting that led to the US employee’s arrest. In his first public remarks on the case, Barack Obama said that detained official Raymond Davis enjoyed diplomatic immunity under the Vienna Conventions. “We expect Pakistan… to abide by the same convention”, Obama told a news conference. “We’re going to be continuing to work with the Pakistani government to get this person released”, he said.

Court will decide Davis' fate: PM Gillani

Fearing the bubbling lava of Pakistani public rage, Puppet Prime Minister Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani has reiterated his stance that only the court would decide the fate of Raymond Davis, who shot dead two Pakistanis in Lahore. The PM said that the government was not under any kind of pressure in this regard.

Puppet Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gillani

Addressing a large gathering of Pakistani community in Kuwait, the Prime Minister dismissed likelihood of developments in Pakistan on the pattern of revolutions in Tunisia and Egypt. It is important to note that ever since this case of Davis started, not a single drone attack has taken place inside Pakistani territory which clearly indicates that Pakistan Army has had enough already.

Supreme Court orders govt to remove DG FIA

The Supreme Court of Pakistan has ordered the government to take back the notification of the appointment of Wasim Ahmed as Federal Investigation Agency Director General, besides other contract officers. Hearing the Haj corruption case, the SC has given a deadline of Thursday to the government to revert the notification, saying if the government does not take the notification back, the court will pass orders for its nullification.

The Supreme Court of Pakistan
The government’s lawyer Abdul Hafeez Pirzada asked the court not to mix Haj-scam case with the case of contract officers. The chief justice said Haj scam probe was not progressing due to contract officers, so that both cases could not be separated.
