Militants back broken - General Kayani

Read on Pakistan Cyber Force Facebook Page

General Ashfaq Pervez Kayani
Pakistan's army chief said Saturday his forces had "broken the back" of militants after the United States of Zionism criticised the country's efforts to quell Taliban and Al-Qaeda(CIA) linked rebels. "The terrorists' backbone has been broken and God willing we will soon prevail", General Ashfaq Kayani said in a speech at a passing-out parade at the Pakistan Military Academy in northwestern town of Abbottabad.

The White House this month criticised Pakistan's efforts to defeat the Taliban in its border regions, in a report immediately rejected by Islamabad. The main concern of White House is that Pakistan Army has completely annihilated CIA backed TTP bases in the region however it has not even touched the pro-Pakistan and Anti-American elements in the tribal areas.

"Let me assure you that we in Pakistan's army are fully aware of the internal and external threat to our country", Kayani said Saturday, in our opinion indirectly pointing out towards USZ terrorist invaders.

JSMM Anti-Pakistan subversive leaders killed

LARKANA / JACOBABAD / MIRPURKHAS - For the sake of enforcing a complete shutter-down and wheel-jam strike on the call of subversive anti-Pakistan nationalist party Jeay Sindh Muttahida Mahaz (JSMM), dozens of armed personnels stormed the interior Sindh markets and forced the poor shopkeepers to shutdown the markets at gun-point in many areas of interior Sindh on Friday against the killings of nationalist leader Qurban Khuhawar, Rooplo Cholyani and others. Many areas in interior Sindh including Larkana, Kamber-Shahdadkot, Shikarpur, Jacobabad, Kashmor-Kandhkot, Naudero, Ratodero, Mirokhan, Arzi Bhutto, Sijawal and other areas observed partial forced strike. Several small rallies and protest demonstrations carried out by a few dozen terrorists of anti-Pakistan party were observed in Larkana where protestors chanted Sindhi nationalist slogans.

JSMM workers and nationalist leaders gathered in Shahdadkot at the residence of Sirai Qurban Ali Khuhawar, where the funeral prayer was offered on Friday and he was laid to rest at his ancestral graveyard. During the funeral activities, heavy contingents of Rangers and police were deployed at various chowks and corners of Shahdadkot and Larkana cities. On the occasion, a large number of JSQM leaders during protest demonstrations set tyres on fire. Meanwhile in Mirpurkhas, about two-dozen persons who were forcing the shopkeepers to shut down their shops in morning were arrested by law enforcement agencies.

However no response was given in Mirpurkhas to the strike call of nationalist organisations. Most of the bazaars and markets remained open while rangers and police were patrolling the city to maintain law and order. Police personnel were deployed at main roads, chowks, sensitive areas and entry and exit points of the city to arrest the miscreants. Report received that in Digri and Tando Jan Mohammad towns, partial strike was observed and JSMM anti-Pakistan miscreants also damaged the glasses of various vehicles by pelting stones on them. These are the same people who didn't allow Swat immigrants to enter Sindh and have repeatedly given statements against the State of Pakistan and it's sovereignty.

Two hand grenades and a fully loaded pistol was also recovered from the terrorist. During checking, the security forces recovered two grenades and a pistol from the terrorist (Hakeem Khan). After the preliminary investigation, Police has revealed that the alleged terrorist Hakeem Khan is resident of Kundoz district Imam Sahib of Afghanistan. Police has also recovered fake Identity Card of Chakwal from the alleged terrorist. Police sources said that Hakeem was trying to enter inside the gate of PAF but failed in doing so. Final reports said that the investigation is still underway.

India engaged in strategic encirclement of Balochistan

It was a revealing two-day visit to this new port city, which was arranged by ISPR for media persons basically to cover a function at the Gwadar Institute of Technology, a joint venture of Balochistan Government and Pakistan Army. The stooge Chief Minister Nawab Aslam Khan Raisani and General Kayani addressed the function. It was a rare occasion with all respects. The extempore remarks made by Army Chief in the middle of his speech were apparently overwhelmingly emotional in its tone and tenure but in substance the message was clear in its entirety.

Balochistan (Green in the map), Pakistan.
It was a public speech in which General Kayani had to go extempore emphasising the need for national unity that only could make Pakistan the most secured country in the world with all respects, strengthen Pakistan Army and promote prosperity. Taking advantage of the opportunity, the Army Chief referred to the fate of huge military set up of former Soviet Union; making his message for all and sundry loud and clear that public support was the lone element that factors in strengthening any Army. “Pakistan Army has scrapped its plans for establishing three more cantonments in Balochistan. And the last battalion of Pakistan Army will be withdrawn from Sui within next two months”, General Kayani told the audience. He went on saying that from now onwards the Frontier Corps (FC) would take the responsibility and discharge its duty on the directives of the provincial government, while Pakistan Army would focus only on the economic development in the province.

These extempore remarks clearly suggested that the Army Chief had given serious thoughts before making them public. By announcing withdrawal of army troops from Sui, he has brought to the end the controversy that Army was in any manner engaged in any undeclared military operation in the restive province where India was already supporting a low intensity insurgency. With this move Pakistan Army has finally shifted responsibility of maintaining law and order to the provincial government and to help create conducive conditions for the PPP-led stooge coalition to open doors for talks with those Baloch leaders involved in fanning militancy. Simultaneously, Gen Kayani has unveiled plans to give due representation to Balochs in Army by inducting 18,000 soldiers by 2012, which is a process initiated by Pakistan Army as a long term measure to bring Balochs in the fold of national security gamut. Nevertheless, background interviews and discussions with senior provincial govt functionaries and military revealed a bigger game plan of some anti-Pakistan entities.

Faisalabad: CIA terrorist attack foiled at Shrine of Baba Qayam Saeen - Bombers arrested

Read on Pakistan Cyber Force Facebook Page

Local police claimed to have foiled a potential terrorist attack after the arrest of two suicide bombers in Faisalabad on Tuesday. They also recovered explosive materials from the possession of the young militants who were roaming around the Darbar of Baba Qayam Sayeen in the vicinity of Ghulam Muhammadabad. The police confirmed that the two suspects were intercepted at Baba Qayam’s shrine by a joint team of the police and a secret agency. The arrested persons – Asmatullah and Rehman – were immediately shifted to unknown location for interrogation. The police informed that Asmatullah is a resident of Dera Ghazi Khan, while his accomplice Rehman belongs to Bannu district. Sources said that both these young bombers were trained at the suicide training camps of TTP (CIA outfit of Taliban who are also known as the CIA's handy terror boogieman Al-Qaeda). Both the boys are said to have received special training for terrorist activities and hitting targets through modern techniques.

Police sources said that the police and secret agency personnel were tipped by arrested terrorist of CIA backed TTP, Usman Ghani, who was involved in the March 8 bomb blast in Faisalabad which killed 27 people and injured over 130. Sources further revealed that the accused were going to take shelter at the residences of their accomplices in Faisalabad. Police teams have been constituted to nab the handlers of hardened criminals on the lead of arrested terrorists, the sources added. A senior police officer told the media that the arrest of Usman Ghani and his associates from various parts of the province was one of the major successes against terrorists who are desperately involved in attacks across Punjab.

Read on Pakistan Cyber Force Facebook Page

In the backdrop of military offensive continued against militants in Mohmand Agency, around 80 militants surrendered to security forces in Sagi area of the agency, on Tuesday. Sources said the surrendering militants announced not to be a part of any subversive activities against Pakistan. They handed over their weapons to security forces. Likewise, the tribesmen of Bezi tribe announced to fight with those who are challenging the writ of the government in the agency. Meanwhile IG Frontier Corps Nader Zeb visited the restive Mohmand Agency and assessed the overall situation of the operation. He said that he saluted the security forces for their sacrifices and directed the force to face the challenges valiantly for the cause of the country. Security forces and TTP terrorists also exchanged firing here, however no casualties were reported.

Pakistan Army outraged at NATO-USZ protecting TTP terrorists in Kunar Province of Afghanistan

Read on Pakistan Cyber Force Facebook Page

Fresh from a bloody victory against the CIA backed TTP terrorists in the rugged frontier outpost, the commander of Pakistani forces has lashed out at the NATO operation across the border in Afghanistan, where he says hundreds of TTP (CIA funded Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan) terrorists have sought refuge under the noses of American troops. Colonel Nauman Saeed, the commander of Pakistani forces in the Bajaur tribal agency, has led his men on a two-year campaign to drive out thousands of TTP militants and CIA backed millitants i.e., CIA's terror boogieman named Al-Qaeda. Pakistan lost 150 soldiers during the operation, which culminated in a battle over the militant headquarters in a series of tunnels dug out of rock. At the height of their power the CIA backed TTP terrorists collected taxes (which is absolutely un-Islamic!), ran a primitive justice system and used Bajaur as a base to build bombs. Colonel Saeed pointed to a map over his desk that showed an area marked in red where insurgents were still active along the border with Afghanistan’s Kunar province, which includes the Korengal Valley from where USZ forces have withdrawn.

“We not only feel frustrated, we feel let down”, he told The Times, adding that there was intelligence to suggest that 700 TTP (Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan) terrorists were just across the border.
“We still see no action (by the Americans). They are doing what they can do — we say they need to do more.”

His views, echoed by military and intelligence officers in Islamabad, mark a dramatic turn in the conflict. For years, America and Afghanistan accused the Pakistanis of not doing enough to tackle the insurgents on their territory. Since Pakistan began its campaign two years ago it is Islamabad that is complaining that America, NATO and the Afghan puppets are not pulling their weight. Colonel Saeed also criticised Western aid agencies that promised to help reconstruction and development in the tribal areas but have so far done little in his area of operations. “We have a share of the development budget and we have spent every penny,” he said. “But it is too little. The scale of what is needed is much bigger.”

Read on Pakistan Cyber Force Facebook Page

On the directives of Punjab Government, the Rawalpindi administration has decided to take action against 66 hotels and inns for their involvement in illegal activities. The intelligence agencies in their report to high-ups of Punjab Government recommended action against 66 hotels and inns in Rawalpindi because they are posing security threats, sources said.

The agencies in their report also mentioned the activities, being carried out in these hostels and inns. Prostitutions and gambling are also on rise in these hostels. Sources said that these hostels and inns are operating without registration in different areas of city. On the other hand, Commissioner Rawalpindi Division Capt (Retd) Saeeed, when contacted, as saying arrangements are being finalized to take action against these hotels and inns.

Pak-USZ relations dying a slow death - Detailed report

The differences between the United States of Zionism and Pakistan that broke into the open last week over the scale of C.I.A. operations here signaled a fundamental rift, plunging the relationship, sometimes strained, sometimes warm, to its lowest point in memory. The rupture over Pakistan’s demands that the Americans end drone strikes, which the Obama administration rejected and the scaling back of their intelligence presence within Pakistan exposed the tentative nature of the alliance forged after the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks. And it is increasingly apparent that the two countries have differing, even irreconcilable, aims in Afghanistan, a report in the New York Times said on Monday.

With the Afghan endgame looming, suspicion is overwhelming faint cooperation between the United States of Zionism and Pakistan, as each side seeks to secure its interests, increase its leverage to obtain them, and even cut out the other if need be, American and Pakistani officials say. No one in Pakistan or in Washington now speaks of returning to the strategic alliance made by President George W. Bush and Gen. Pervez Musharraf immediately after the Sept. 11 attacks, when the primary goal was to operate joint intelligence efforts to capture operatives of Al Qaeda. Military officials from both sides say that arrangement was never bound to be a longstanding affair. “There was never a level of trust”, said a former American military official who served in a senior position in Pakistan. “I’m convinced now they don’t want our help.”

The American official did not want to be identified while discussing the delicate nature of a relationship that, whatever its failings, both nations are reluctant to jettison completely. But politicians on both sides are disappointed with the results of billions of dollars in American military and civilian assistance since 2001, and the Obama administration acknowledged to Congress in a report this month that the results of the spending fell short of expectations. In any case, the money has done little to pave over the accumulating strategic differences between the two nations. Broadly, the Americans seek a strong and relatively centralized puppet government in Afghanistan commanding a large puppet army that can control its territory for serving American interests in the region. Almost all those ends are objectionable to Pakistan, which while it calls for a stable Afghanistan, prefers a more loosely governed neighbor where it can influence events, if need be, through Taliban proxies.

The particular differences revolve around which Taliban factions should be included in any settlement; the role of India, an ally of the United States of Zionism but the enemy of Pakistan; and the size of the new Afghan Army, which the Americans want big and the Pakistanis want small. The situation is further complicated, American and Pakistani officials said, by discord within the Obama administration over how the United States of Zionism should withdraw troops from Afghanistan, and what role, if any, Pakistan should play in the exit. The overall commander in Afghanistan, Gen. David H. Petraeus, is determined to batter the Taliban as much as possible, a policy that the Pakistanis disagree with, both sides say. Pakistan prefers that the State Department tilt toward reconciliation between the Afghan government and the Taliban. Even within the Pentagon, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Adm. Mike Mullen, who has met with the Pakistani military chief, Gen. Afshaq Parvez Kayani, on more than two dozen occasions, has more tolerance for the Pakistani point of view than does General Petraeus, a senior American official said. With his position in Washington, Admiral Mullen could still prevail on persevering with Pakistan.

These American nuances are well known at the Pakistan Army headquarters in Rawalpindi, where General Petraeus is referred to as Mr. Petraeus — a calculated omission of his military title as a way to mock his perceived political ambitions, according to a recent visitor to the headquarters. For months, Pakistan’s diplomats and military officials have complained that they were being kept in the dark by the Obama administration’s maneuvering, no matter how preliminary, for a negotiated solution in Afghanistan. “There is no transparency; they are not telling us who they are talking to”, a Pakistani government official said. Another official, in Pakistan’s security apparatus, said: “We don’t know what the Americans’ endgame is in Afghanistan.”

In the latest iteration of this new Pakistani-Afghan relationship, General Kayani and the head of Pakistan’s intelligence agency, Lt. Gen. Ahmed Shuja Pasha, accompanied Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani on a visit to Kabul on Saturday, the most public of a number of visits to Afghanistan by General Kayani in the past year. American diplomats in Islamabad and Kabul declined to comment on the Pakistani visit to Afghanistan, and appeared to know little about the intention of the Afghanistan-Pakistan Joint Commission unveiled with considerable fanfare by the two sides in Kabul as a vehicle to end the war. To some extent, the Americans have been coaxing the Afghan and Pakistani leadership to talk to each other, but not at the cost of keeping the United States of Zionism out of the loop, or of concocting solutions that are against American interests, American officials said. The Pakistanis’ efforts to improve relations with Mr. Karzai, whom until recently they had given the cold shoulder, was but the latest example of attempts to sidestep the United States of Zionism in order to safeguard Pakistani interests in Afghanistan. In a nod to General Kayani, Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton met the general on the sidelines of a conference in Munich in February and pledged that Pakistan would be included in the negotiations, a Pakistani and an American official said.

But distrust is carrying the day, as the dispute over the drone campaign showed. For some time, in fact, Pakistani security officials say, the Americans have refused to share information on their targets and have gathered intelligence on them on their own, using their own network of agents and informants. The senior American official in Washington acknowledged that in many instances the Pakistanis had been cut out because they were not trusted. In the past, targets had escaped from the drones after word of the attack was leaked. That would presumably be by the Pakistani side, which still favors a strategy of choosing between “good” Taliban, those who do Pakistan’s bidding in Afghanistan, and “bad,” those who do not. “The feeling of being allies was never there,” a senior Pakistani military officer, who has interacted closely with Washington since 2001, said. “I’ve said to the Americans: ‘You are going to fail in Afghanistan and you are going to make us the fall guy.’ I still think this is going to happen.”

“Operation Cleanup” initiated - 1 USZ, 1 British national declared PERSONA-NON-GRATA

Read on Pakistan Cyber Force Facebook Page

Reports coming from Islamabad say that Pakistan has declared two foreign agents working inside the country as Persona-Non-Grata and has ordered them to immediately leave Pakistan. One of these foreigners belongs to a USZ company and the other is working for a British security firm. The security agencies have started listing the names of those foreign nationals who had no legal documents or involved in heinous crimes for a grand operation. Reports add that a consultant working for a USZ Company named “Consultant Services Private Limited”, Mr. Aaron Mark Dehoon and an employee of British Security Company “Guard Orald”, Mr. Anthony Jerald Mec were asked to immediately leave the country.

Aaron Mark
Aaron Mark Dehoon was involved in activities contrary to his work and was arrested some time ago in Peshawar. His application for work visa was also rejected. The above mentioned company for which Mr. Mark has been working is directly working for CIA. Sources said that the British national was expelled from Pakistan owing to his suspected activities, but he returned back with a new passport to Pakistan. Discrete sources added through their reports that Pakistan's security agencies are collecting necessary information about all foreigners working inside Pakistan who are currently involved in espionage and heinous crimes against Pakistan or have been in the past, for a grand cleaning operation. All those foreigners who are working contrary to what their job title states are expected to be hit sooner than the rest under this operation.

CIA terrorists: “CIA doesn't need ISI anymore - Drones will neither be stopped, nor explained to Pakistan”

The Central Investigation Agency (CIA) has established its own spy network in Pakistan, a USZ newspaper has quoted an official as saying. According to the USZ official, the CIA established its spy network in Pakistan's tribal areas during the last two years. A summit of spymasters that was held this week eased tensions, but failed to resolve issues over USZ drone attacks and espionage, which have imperiled the vital relationship between the CIA and the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), the official said. The USZ said that the CIA had established an information-gathering network in Pakistan's tribal areas, and that the ISI collaboration was no longer required to specify targets for drone strikes. According to the newspaper, the USZ authorities told Pakistan that neither drone strikes would be stopped nor an explanation would be given to the Asian nation for each attack.

CIA the real terrorist
Pakistan's demands for a drastic reduction in drone attacks are unacceptable, as are suggestions that the United States of Zionism should return to a Bush-era policy, limiting the strikes to "high-value" militant targets, the officials said. "Panetta has an obligation to protect the American people and he isn't going to call an end to any operations that support that objective", one American official said. USZ officials also worry that Islamabad has been slowing routine rotations of American personnel, including spies, diplomats and military trainers, which could become a serious drag on routine and secret USZ activities in the region.

CIA refuses to halt operations in Pakistan

Read on Pakistan Cyber Force Facebook Page

The Central Intelligence Agency has no plans to suspend "operations" in Pakistan against terror suspects despite objections from leaders in Islamabad, a USZ official said on Thursday. Pakistan has criticized missile strikes by USZ drone aircrafts in the country but CIA director Leon Panetta has told intelligence officials that he has a duty to prevent attacks on the United States of Zionism, the senior official, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said. It is important to note at this point that CIA has not launched any operation against Israhell and Mossad despite the availability of strong evidence that links 9/11 to Mossad. In front of these facts, the whole drone campaign and USZ wars throughout the world reduce down to nothing more than a heinous charade to occupy natural resources rich countries and control fuel supply routes to Central Asian States, Russia, China and Middle East through Afghanistan as well as occupying Balochistan province of Pakistan along with all its world's largest gold and copper mines.

"Panetta has been clear with his Pakistani counterparts that his fundamental responsibility is to protect the American people, and he will not halt operations that support that objective", the official said. The CIA chief on Monday held several hours of talks at the agency's headquarters outside Washington with Lieutenant General Ahmad Shuja Pasha, the head of Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence agency. USZ media had reported that Pasha and other officials told the United States of Zionism to rein in drone strikes and slash the number of CIA agents and special forces operating in Pakistan.

Apparently reflecting the CIA chief's stance, American drones resumed missile attacks in Pakistan on Wednesday for the first time in a month, targeting fighters near the Afghan border. It was the first missile strike since March 17, when Pakistani leaders strongly protested over a USZ drone attack that killed 39 people, including civilians and police, in North Waziristan. Analysts and former USZ intelligence officers say there is little chance the CIA would abandon the drone bombing campaign despite a series of diplomatic rows, and even if Pakistani leaders, for domestic political purposes, publicly criticized the strikes.

Army vows to defend tribesmen, their lives and property

Army chief General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani launched a major road project Thursday that will be a vital trade route between the tribal region and Afghanistan, the military said. General Kayani visited the tribal North Waziristan region to inaugurate the 80-kilometre road project, being undertaken by the army. The road is being constructed as part of Quick Impact Projects. The road from Bannu to Ghulam Khan on the Afghan border will cost four billion rupees ($48 million), the military said in a statement, adding it was aimed at social development of the tribal areas. The project would be completed in 18 months, linking remote areas of North Waziristan to other parts of the country, it said. “The road will provide a central trade route between Pakistan and Afghanistan. This will open multiple opportunities for the people of North Waziristan”, it added.

The project will also provide employment opportunities to approximately 2,000 locals. Addressing tribal elders, General Kayani said he appreciated their “support and acknowledged their sacrifices in the war against terrorism.” He reiterated the army’s resolve to bring peace and stability to the affected areas and to protect the lives and property of the tribals, against all internal as well as external threats. General Kayani also visited Peshawar on Thursday. At Peshawar, COAS was briefed about the ongoing stability operations. He also met with Chief Minister Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Ameer Haider Hoti and discussed security situation in the province. The COAS also presided over the ceremony of handing over of consolidated account of Army’s efforts in the flood relief operations in the province. After a detailed briefing to the provincial leadership, the summary of Army’s contributions, so far, and reconstruction projects in progress was handed over to CM Khyber-Pakhtunkwa.

“MQM has militant wing”, admits a dangerous MQM target killer arrested in Karachi

One of the most dangerous alleged target killers, who confessed to have killed many, including police officers in Karachi, has reportedly claimed his association with the Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s “militant wing”, and has named Dr. Imran Farooq as the contact person for many party militants. He further said that Ajmal Pahari was one of the MQM’s men. Arrested and interrogated in 2010 before the murder of Dr Imran Farooq, the accused target killer, Muhammad Ishtiaq, alias Salman, alias Police Wala, confessed before the Joint Interrogation Team comprising representatives of the ISI, IB, Rangers, CID, Sindh Police and Special Branch, as reported in an official document, that Ajmal Pahari (who was arrested recently in Karachi and is alleged to have been involved in the killing of 100 people) also belongs to the MQM.

MQM terrorists running wild on the roads of Karachi

The report quoted him as saying: “Ishtiaq further revealed that many of the militants were in direct contact with Dr Imran Farooq. For instance, Ajmal Pahari and Saeed Bharam had reportedly been carrying out killings on his orders, separate from the party policy. And often a large number of killings were conducted to advance personal interests and for personal enmities.” The Sindh Home Department report says that 26 accused, arrested and interrogated in target killing cases in 2010, belong to the MQM, MQM-H, ANP, SSP, Sipah-e-Muhammad and Lashkar-e-Jhangvi. Ishtiaq’s background and his confession, as reflected in the official report, is simply shocking so it is being reproduced in full:

“AFFILIATION WITH MQM (A) MILITANT WING: He joined MQM (A) as a worker in 1996/97 in Liaquatabad sector. He was arrested in 1997 by Azizabad police after he brandished a weapon in front of the Golden Pan Shop. After receiving permission from Shoaib Bukhari, the SHO registered a case u/s 13-d of the Arms Ordinance against Ishtiaq. During his detention in jail, he met all activists/terrorists of MQM (A) who were arrested during the operation period.

“After release from Jail, he met with Fahim alias Kankata, who motivated him to join the militant wing of MQM (A) in 1997. As he had been dismissed from service, he travelled to South Africa in October 1997 and stayed there for nine months. After returning in August 1998, he was arrested during the operation that began after the murder of Hakim Said in October 1998. He was arrested by SHO Azizabad, Inspector Ghazanfar Kazmi. He was challanned in five murder cases, one case of 13-D, one case of 13-e, and one case of s.147/148. He was released from jail after two years and reinstated in service in 2003, on the recommendation of Shoaib Bukhari. He remained inactive in the party for the next 4/5 years.

“Two and a half years ago, Adeel bhai came from London and contacted him. Adeel bhai knew him because he had worked with Adeel in South Africa. Adeel bhai assigned him a new task of selecting militants for establishing a new “set-up” for the party. “Set Up” is the code for establishing a new killing team.

“In this connection, he met Ubaid K-2, but Ubaid K-2 told him that he was already working with another set-up, i.e. that of Ajmal Pahari, but he recommended Rafay, (Rafay, Ubaid’s friend). Ishtiaq introduced Rafay to Adeel at 5/A2, New Karachi. Adeel gave him permission for making a team and Rafay’s team included Danish, Faisal, Irfan alias Irfi, and Nomi. After 10 days of that meeting, Rafay brought his team to meet Adeel. Then Adeel directed him to manage the team on his behalf, as he did not want direct contact with the team members. One year after this, Adeel also gave him the responsibility for managing two other teams, that of Muhammed bhai alias Hasan in Landhi, and Sultan bhai in Orangi. Jehangir Babu, who runs a team in Korangi, also reports to him from time to time.

“DISCLOSURE/INFORMATION: He was arrested in 1997, in PS Azizabad Karachi for keeping illicit 30 bore weapon, a case was registered u/s 13-D A.O. and he was jailed for three months.

“Then he went to South Africa with Asif Dadan and Nasim alias Nasim Behari (Liaquatabad wala) and got asylum in South Africa. He was attached with MQM (A) group in South Africa. Raza bhai of New Karachi Sector was the overall In-charge of South Africa MQM (A) Group, and Qamar Ghalib and Qamar Teddy were also very active in South Africa set-up. Approximately, after 9-10 months, he returned to Pakistan with Asif Bhai. On his return, he once again became active in the Liaquatabad Sector and was arrested after one year in 1999, at PS Azizabad Karachi by SHO Ghazanfar Kazmi. He was challanned in seven cases, including the murder of Haqiqi workers Ismail Burmi, Naseem, and Aslam; the murder of a police head constable; and the brother of Shera bhai, who was a party worker. He was jailed for two years. He was released on bail from the ADJ Central in 2001.

“Again, he joined the Liaquatabad sector and worked for the party. In 2003, Shoaib Bukhari helped him to get reinstated in police service in Special Branch.

“ATTACK ON SSP MUHAMMAD ASLAM KHAN (CASE FIR NO. 07/2010 U/S PS GIZRRI, CLIFTON TOWN, KARACHI): Adeel Bhai alias Agha told him that Shakeel Umar, who was at the time commanding all MQM militants in the city, had given the task to the team of Ajmal Pahari for assassination of SSP Muhammad Aslam Khan. This team carried out attack on SSP Muhammad Aslam Khan at the Punjab Chowrangi, PS Gizri, in January 2006 in which two gunmen of the SSP were killed (Shaheed).

“DSP (retired) RAHEEM BANGASH CASE: (CASE FIR NO. 517/2010 U/S 302/34 PPC PS METHADAR, SADDAR TOWN, KARACHI: Approximately, 18 months earlier, at Sector 5-A 1/2 unit office, he met with Adeel bhai and Rafay. Adeel bhai asked him about DSP Raheem Bangash. He told them that Raheem Bangash was retired and he had nothing to do with operation. He didn’t give them any information. Adeel bhai collected information on his own and after 5 to 7 days, called him again and told him to assist the team, as the order had come from above. Rafay called and told him that he was on the given address, at Uni Plaza on the 7th Floor, (where Raheem Bangash had his chambers). Rafay told him he could not identify Bangash and needed Ishtiaq’s help. Ishtiaq told him he could not come that day but would come the next day. Ubaid K2 also called him and asked him to identify the target. The next working day, he went with the team, which included Rafay, Ubaid K2, who was just assisting the team, and Irfi. He stood outside the Uni Plaza while the team went upstairs, and followed Bangash down. They signalled to him to confirm that they had identified the right person, and he confirmed that it was indeed Raheem Bangash. Next day Adeel bhai asked him if he had identified Bangash, and he replied positively. Two days later, Ubaid alias K-2 called and gave him the code word (FILE HOGAYE/FILE KI PAYMENT HOGAYE). Adeel Bhai called me to this office in evening when I reached there I met Ubaid, Rafay and Iffi. Adeel bhai appreciated their good work.

“SI SAJID MURDER CASE: Jehangir Babu came to see Adeel and asked him for permission to kill SI Sajid, who lived in Korangi. Adeel informed him that Jehangir had asked for permission due to some personal dispute, as Sajid had never served in the operation against MQM. Then about 15 days after this, SI Sajid was murdered and Jehangir gave a compliance report to Ishtiaq.

“MURDER OF INSPECTOR NASIR UL HASSAN (S.H.O BRIGADE PS). CASE FIR NO.30/2010 U/S 353/324/302/392/34 PPC PS BRIGADE, JAMSHEED TOWN, KARACHI: Adeel bhai met Rafey and Ishtiaq in Gol Market (Rafay’s house is in Gol Market and Duan was the code name of his home) and planned to kill Inspector Nasir Ul Hassan. Adeel Bhai had asked the team for targets and Rafay proposed killing of Nasirul Hassan, who was at that time posted at Kemari Town. Adeel agreed, as it was well known that Nasirul Hassan had been active in the operation, and had killed Rehan Bandhani, an MQM worker from Liaqatabad. After six months Adeel bhai asked for progress report as Rafay’s team had not succeeded. Ishtiaq asked Rafay 2/3 times about the given task and he assured him that the task would be done. As there was some confusion about Nasirul Hassan’s appearance, Adeel asked someone to get pictures of the man with the wig. (Nasirul Hasan wore a wig). But before the pictures came, the team got the opportunity. At the time, Nomi was not part of the Rafay’s team, but was working with Ubaid alias K-2. At the time of Nasir ul Hassan’s killing, Ubaid called him and informed him that the task had been completed but one of the boys (Nomi) has been injured and he asked Ishtiaq to arrange for a doctor. He phoned Adeel and asked him to bring a doctor to the school in Liaqatabad No.4, which was the team’s meeting place.

He arranged the doctor namely Israr Raheel (from Zubaida Hospital, Liaquatabad No.3). The doctor checked the injured person and said that this is a bullet injury case and the patient should be moved to hospital. After the doctor left, he brought another doctor, namely Dr. Nadeem Abbas Jafri (working in Memon Hospital, Hussainabad), for treatment of the injured person. The doctor checked the injured person and advised him that the bullet had just grazed Nomi’s neck and was not serious, but he would have to go to hospital. He admitted him in Memon Hospital, Hussainabad, Karachi.

“MURDER OF DSP NAWAZ RANJHA (CASE FIR NO. 929/2010 U/S 302/324/353/427/34 PPC, 7 ATA PS PARADE, SADDAR TOWN KARACHI: Two years ago, Iffi’s brother was killed in an incident in Jamshed Quarters PS. Iffi suspected that his brother was murdered and the incident had been covered up by the local police, specifically DSP Nawaz Ranjha, who was the SPO at the time. The reason for covering up the incident was that the family of the girl with whom Iffi’s brother was involved had approached Ranjha. When Ishtiaq attended his funeral, he knew that Iffi’s brother had relations with a girl and he used to come to her house. One morning a policeman came to Iffi’s home and told them that police found a dead body in which they found his address, on which the family reached the PS. The police had already lodged a suicide case. Iffi’s family collected information for 2 to 4 days and concluded that he had been killed by the family of the girl, and that Ranjha had covered up the matter.

“When Iffi sought Adeel bhai’s permission to kill Ranjha on this ground, Adeel bhai asked whether DSP Nawaz Ranjha was the same man who had been SHO in PS Gulbehar? Adeel bhai asked to collect information about DSP Nawaz Ranjha, and said that if he was the same Ranjha who had been posted in Gulbehar, then he was a supporter of the party, because he used to tell the party in advance when the police would surround and besiege the Khajji Ground. But Rafay and Iffi insisted that he was not the same Ranjha, so Adeel gave the go-ahead for killing him. On the night when DSP Nawaz Ranjha was murdered, half an hour later Rafay called me and asked me if I was watching TV, because there was a very good match on TV. (He was speaking the code about the breaking news of Ranjha’s murder). Ishtiaq said yes, and what had happened was good. Then he hung up the phone. Next day, Adeel bhai called me and asked me in code words: who had done this job? (Yeh Garhi Kisne Khareedi?) Ishtiaq told him he would give him the details in the office. Then I met Rafay in Gol Market FC Area, and enquired about the incident. Rafay boasted about the murder and told him that he, Iffi, Faisal, Nomi and Kashif are involved. He further told him that he had already informed Adeel bhai.

“After a few days, Adeel Bhai called me at Nazimabad marriage hall lane and told me that he will take care of this mistake. Siddique bhai was also there and he scolded Adeel Bhai and threatened him that he would be sent back to London if he could not manage his teams. Adeel bhai told Siddique bhai that he had told Rafay only to do the job after verifying the facts about Ranjha and only after checking with Salman bhai (Ishtiaq’s party name) first. I denied that Rafay had ever asked my permission.

“When Iffi was arrested and disclosed my name, I asked Adeel Bhai to take me to his house because my name was announced on television. But he didn’t shelter me and I went underground. Then they contacted my friend Muhammad Sultan and ordered him not to receive my call or contact me. When I contacted Adeel bhai on Eid, he told me about the good news of reinstatement of our followers, Jahangir babu, Shehzad, Asad, Ansari bhai and Moon.

“TARGET KILLING SPREE ONE AND A HALF MONTHS BEFORE THE MURDER OF RAZA HYDER, MPA: He disclosed that one and a half months before the murder of MQM MPA Raza Hyder, Adeel bhai told him to give instructions to all this teams to target office bearers of ANP. Adeel bhai said that these orders had come from above. Ishtiaq asked his teams accordingly, but in that period, they were unable to hit any ANP target. However, dozens of ordinary Pathans were killed, and in fact, Sultan asked him why he had restricted their targets to ANP office bearers when everyone else was targeting whomever he wished. Sultan said that had he been allowed to do the same, he would have gotten dozens of targets. Later, Adeel Bhai told him that his people had been responsible for at least 21-22 murders.

Ishtiaq further disclosed that his teams had not taken part in any of the target killings that had occurred after the murder of MPA Raza Hyder, and that those killings had been conducted by the unit and sector level vigilance committees.

STRUCTURE OF MQM KILLING TEAMS: Ishtiaq disclosed that there were several “Set Ups” working in Karachi, carrying out target killings. Initially, all killing teams in Karachi were centralised under Shakeel Omar. Later, when Shakeel Omar got heavily involved in land grabbing and corruption activities in Surjani Town, he was set aside and Ajmal Pahari (Party name Adnan) and Saeed Bharam (Party name Ahmed) were given the responsibility. But they too got involved in corruption activities and so vigilance committees were created at the unit and sector level, which would serve as armed wings. But they too grew out of control.

Therefore, finally this new set-up under Adeel bhai and Siddique bhai was formed. These were mostly militants who were being run by South Africa unit. Currently, Qamar Teddy and Raza Bhai of New Karachi are in-charge in South Africa, and Adeel bhai and Siddique bhai were in touch with these individuals, but were also in touch with London, where Anis Qaimkhani was in-charge of the killing teams.

Ishtiaq further revealed that many of the militants were in direct contact with Dr. Imran Farooq. For instance, Ajmal Pahari and Saeed Bharam had reportedly been carrying out killings on his orders, separate from the party policy. And often a large number of killings were conducted to advance personal interests and enmities.
