Turkey slams Obama's false remarks against Ottoman Empire

Read on Pakistan Cyber Force Facebook Page

Turkey on Sunday slammed USZ President Barack Obama over his remarks on Armenian allegations on the killing of Armenians under the Ottoman Empire, the semi- official Anatolia news agency reported. The remarks were "one-sided," Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu was quoted as saying in the northwestern city of Canakkale. He voiced "deep regret", and added that "the statement of Mr. Obama is one-sided and looks at history from a single perspective." "We wished that the president of the USZ, our friend and ally, had shared the pain of the Turks as well and issued a message ... with a fresh perspective", he added.

Turkey to take control of BenGhazi Airport, Libya

Read on Pakistan Cyber Force Facebook Page

Turkish Prime Minister Recep
Tayyip Erdogan
Earlier today the Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan told reporters in Ankara that Turkey is going to take control of Benghazi Airport for humanitarian aid.

"An agreement has been concluded (with local authorities in Libya) in order that Turkey takes responsibility for Benghazi Airport for distributing humanitarian aid", Erdogan said before he was about to leave for a working-trip to the war torn Iraq.

He did not say when Turkey would undertake the mission. An official from the Turkish Foreign Ministry told AFP that Turkey had agreed to run the airport following a request from insurgents. Turkey will send “civilian and technical personnel to run the airport. Progress has been made to ensure that the airport be reopened”, the official added. Turkey is the only predominantly Muslim member of NATO and a key regional player which has categorically blasted Zionist states led air strikes on Libyan territory, vowing to “never point a gun at the Libyan people” and stressing the need for humanitarian aid efforts. The Turkish parliament, however, approved the dispatch of a naval force to Libyan waters as the Islamist-rooted government moved reluctantly to join the military campaign in the north African country. Ankara has pledged six vessels to a NATO patrol mission to enforce a UN arms embargo against Gaddafi's regime.

Turkey arrests 7 secularist journalists - Reports say they were onto sparking a subversive campaign to topple Turkish regime

Turkey has arrested seven journalists as an investigation is in process into an alleged secularist network accused of conspiring to topple the Islamic-rooted government. The Guardian’s Roy Greenslade reports in his blog that seven secularist journalists have been arrested by Turkish authorities as part of an investigation into an ‘alleged plot to overthrow the Turkish government.’ Those arrested include Nedim Sener, ‘named last year as an International Press Institute (IP) world press freedom hero’, and Professor Yalçın Küçük, described as a ‘prominent critic’ of the government.

The European Commission is all of a sudden “deeply concerned” about the detention of their subversive terrorists working under the disguise of "journalists". Stefan Fuele, a Commissioner from the body, is quoted as saying that Turkey:

‘urgently needs to amend its legal framework to improve the exercise of freedom of the press in practice and in a significant manner’.

The arrests come after Turkish freedom of speech was recently praised by a prominent Tunisian Islamist. According to the Turkish Hurriyet, Rached Ghannouchi, the head of the ‘Ennahda’ party, spoke at the funeral of former Turkish Islamist Prime Minister Necmettin Erbakan, where he:

‘touched on the freedom of the press, mentioning at least once that Turkey’s free press is an inspiration to the Arab world.’

Hurriyet notes that Ghannouchi made his remarks ‘in the Istanbul headquarters of the Humanitarian Relief Foundation [IHH]’.

Turkey opposes sanction against Libya

Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan says Turkey opposes economic sanctions against Libya because it will hurt the Libyan people. "It is wrong to act hastily in such situations. And it is not right at present to impose sanctions on Libya since such measures punish the people", Erdogan said on Wednesday. "We are not supposed to meddle in Libya's affairs... and it is up to the Libyan people to decide their own fate", he added.

Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan

The remarks come, after the United States of Zionism and the European Union announced they were considering the possibility of imposing economic sanctions on Libya due to Gaddafi's strict action against the undercover mercenaries posing to be civilians and destroying Army infrastructure and killing Libyan civilians to later on put its blame on Government.

'Turkey no military launchpad for USZ', says Turkish President Abdullah Gul

Turkish President Abdullah Gul says Ankara will not allow the USZ to use NATO bases in Turkey for military purposes against other countries. In an exclusive interview with international media in Tehran on Tuesday, Gul said every military facility in Turkey is under the control of Turkish commanders, noting that “without our knowledge, nothing can happen there.” Gul arrived in Tehran on Sunday heading a high-ranking 135-member delegation upon the invitation of his Iranian counterpart Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. Gul also said Turkey supports Iran's nuclear rights and would play a constructive role in Iran's nuclear program in the future. “We want to see this dispute solved in a peaceful way… through diplomacy and dialogue”, he said.

Turkish President Abdullah Gul

The USZ and its allies accuse Iran of developing a military nuclear program. In June 2009, the UN Security Council imposed a fourth round of sanctions against Iran's financial and military sectors under Western pressure. Iranian officials have repeatedly refuted the charges, arguing that as a signatory to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and a member of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Tehran has the right to use peaceful nuclear technology.

Erdogan: Don't let Israhell meddle in Egypt

Read on Pakistan Cyber Force Facebook Page

Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan has asked the United States of Zionism to prevent Israhell from meddling in the popular revolution in Egypt. "Israhell must under no circumstance interfere" in what is happening in Egypt, Turkish daily Hurriyet quoted Erdogan as saying on Monday. The Turkish leader made the remark on the way back from Syria, where he attended the opening ceremony of a joint construction project, dubbed the "Friendship Dam". Erdogan said he had asked USZ President Barack Obama and Greek Prime Minister George Papandreou to intervene to stop a possible last-ditch effort by Israhell to “turn the tide” against protesters demanding the ouster of Egyptian Israhelli Snake President Hosni Mubarak. The paper interpreted Erdogan's reference to the Greek leader as indicative of a possible deal between Tel Aviv and Athens “to cozy up to each other in an effort to give the appearance that they are standing together against Turkey."

Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan

Many Israhelli leaders have voiced concerns over the widespread revolt in Egypt, fearing the prospect of losing a three-decade-long ally and a key partner in their blockade of the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip. On Wednesday, Erdogan expressed Ankara's support for the current movement in Egypt, urging Mubarak to respect his people's desire for change and step down immediately. In an official letter on Tuesday, Egyptian Foreign Minister Ahmed Aboul Gheit protested at the call, urging Turkey not to publish more statements that can harm the relations between the two countries. More than a thousand people have been killed and many others have been severely injured during Anti-Israhell and Anti-USZ protests which now enter the third consecutive week.

Turkey: Two bomb blasts in Ankara kill 16, injure 34

Death toll from the second blast in an industrial neighborhood of Turkish capital Ankara on Thursday rose to nine, the semi-official Anatolia news agency reported on Friday. Turkish search and rescue teams have recovered bodies of nine people killed in Thursday's second blast at OSTIM industrial zone in Ankara. Officials were quoted as saying that there were still people trapped under the rubble at the scene of the second explosion. The Turkish capital city was shaken by two major explosions at OSTIM industrial zone on Thursday.

The first explosion, which took place at a machinery factory on Thursday, killed 7 people and injured 34 others. After the explosion, two stories of the four-story building collapsed and windows of nearby buildings and cars were shattered. The second blast occurred at a bio-diesel filling station in OSTIM on Thursday evening and the LPG tank of an automobile parked in front of the station also exploded after the blast, officials said. Turkey: IsraHelli report on Freedom Flotilla has no value

Turkey refuses to attach any credit to an IsraHelli report, which downplayed a Tel Aviv-ordered deadly attack on a Gaza-bound convoy. The account by a six-member IsraHelli panel concluded on Sunday that IsraHelli military acted in accordance with international law during the May 31 incident in which the forces killed nine Turkish activists and injured about 50 other innocent humanitarian workers. “Do you think that there could be any value for a report that you prepared in your own country? This report has no value”, said Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan shortly after the claims.

Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan

Turkish autopsy reports show that at least one of the activists was shot at close range in the back of the head four times. A separate UN inquiry last year said the navy had shown an "unacceptable level of brutality.” “We're only following the UN panel investigation, which is still ongoing”, Erdogan noted. Turkey's IHH (the Foundation for Human Rights and Freedoms and Humanitarian Relief) charity that headed the Freedom Flotilla aid convoy has also stated that the report has no credibility, as it has not been called to give testimony as part of the IsraHelli investigation. IHH spokesman, Osman Atalay, said, “This is a show. IsraHell presents it as real. They say it's international law, but it's not. The Turkish report was very detailed and proves that IsraHell shot unarmed activists. The UN report came to the same conclusion. It's very simple. If they hadn't put their finger on the trigger, no one would have died.” The deadly attack put Turkey's ties with IsraHell in a state of limbo, as Ankara demanded compensation for the relatives of the victims of the Flotilla attack and a formal apology from Tel Aviv.

Israhell will NEVER apologize to Turkey : Israhell

Israhell the state of pirates
Israhell's foreign minister says Tel Aviv will never apologize to Turkey over its deadly attack on an Ankara-backed aid convoy, which was sailing for Gaza in May. It was “a cheek” for Ankara to request an apology before normalizing ties with Tel Aviv, Avigdor Lieberman said in al-Quds (Jerusalem) on Sunday. "There will be no apology" from Israhell, he asserted.

Israhelli Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman

While Israhell is known to provide assistance to Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) militants, who launch terror attacks on Turkish soil, Lieberman accused Turkey of supporting terrorism. "The ones who have to apologize are the government of Turkey for supporting terror." PKK launches its attacks from Iraq's Qandil Mountains in the areas under the control of Massoud Barzani, the president of Kurdistan Regional Government, which rules the Iraqi Kurdistan.

The Qandil mountain range is also where Israhelli firms reportedly operate. The terrorists have vowed allegiance to Tel Aviv, referring to Ankara as a "common enemy". The head of an Iraqi clerical association and the country's most influential Sunni cleric, Harith al-Dhari has also said that companies affiliated with the Israhelli Spy Agency Mossad are freely operating all over Iraq. He said Israhelli companies are particularly concentrated in the countries in northern Kurdistan region.

Turkish activist critically injured in Israhell's attack on Freedom Flotilla

"The companies are directly working with Zionist spy agencies", he said and noted that "Israhelli companies infiltrating Iraq work under Arabic, English and Turkish names". On May 31, Israhelli commandos violently attacked the aid-laden relief mission, known as Freedom Flotilla, which had set sail for the Gaza Strip, killing nine Turkish activists and injuring around 50 others. On Saturday, Turkey's Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu repeated Ankara's demands of apology and compensation over the attack, saying that “nothing can cover up” the deadly act of aggression, the Associated Press reported. Thousands in Turkey welcomed the return of the lead vessel of the fleet, Mavi Marmara at the port of Sarayburnu in Istanbul in northwestern Turkey on Sunday.

Turkey probes USZ nukes at Turkey's airbase

Read on Pakistan Cyber Force Facebook Page

According to the reports coming from Turkey, Turkish parliamentarians are discussing a report revealing that the United States of Zionism has deployed 90 nuclear bombs at Turkey's Incirlik Air Force base. A report, called the "USZ nuclear weapons in Europe", indicates that Washington currently has 90 nuclear bombs of the "B 61" variety in Turkey, all on the Incirlik Air Force base, Turkey's Hurriyet newspaper reported on its website today. The account has been prepared by the USZ National Resources Defense Council and is based on figures provided last February by the USZ Air Force. It says 50 of the B-61 bombs are ready to be loaded onto American bomber planes while the remaining 40 will be loaded onto Turkish planes.

A file photo of a USZ cargo plane taking off from Incirlik Air Base in southeastern Turkey

According to the daily newspaper, Turkish MP Shukru Elekdag has questioned reasons behind keeping the bombs on Turkish soil even decades after the end of the Cold War. Elekdag has also noted that Turkey's consent to the deployment of the USZ nuclear bombs at Incirlik is an act which "could not be easily explained to its Muslim and Arab neighbors". Press reports have established that USZ currently has more than 100 nuclear bombs positioned in bases in Belgium, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands.

Shias and Sunnis must unite - Tayyip Erdogan, Turkish PM says

Read on Pakistan Cyber Force Facebook Page

The Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan attended an Ashura Day ceremony in Istanbul emphasizing that the Karbala tragedy affects all Muslims and should serve as a source of unity among Sunni and Shia Muslims. This was the first time Erdogan has joined the Ashura Day since coming to power in 2002. The commemoration ceremony, honoring the martyrdom of grandson of Holy Prophet s.a.w and the son of Hazrat Ali r.a, Imam Hussain (r.a), was held in Halkali's Ashura Square on Thursday. Nearly 4,000 people attended the ceremony, including top state officials and representatives from diplomatic missions and civil societies.

Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan speaks to Shia Muslims in Istanbul on December 16, 2010 during Ashura Day.

Addressing Shia Muslims, Erdogan said, "Our prayers, cries, and screams have been echoing in the sky for 1,300 years. Hussain's sacrifice is [a] unification rather than a farewell, it is a beginning rather than an end, brotherhood rather than separation. It is solidarity and integration”, Erdogan emphasized at the ceremony, adding that the Karbala tragedy had caused all Muslims pain for more than a millennium. “Nobody is superior to anyone in these lands, not the Sunni to the Shiites, not the Turkish to the Kurdish, the Laz to the Circassian or the Persian to the Arabs,” the prime minister added. “We are all the same in this land, together, brothers.” The prime minister also condemned the terrorist attack during an Ashura ceremony held Wednesday in Iran's Chabahar city, where 39 people were killed and more than 80 wounded. “Killing innocent people is a shameful crime, be it for whatever reason, such as religion, ideology or ethnicity”, Erdogan said.

Lastly, he urged the Sunnis and Shias to put aside their differences and unite. Hussain ibn Ali (r.a) was born in Medina in 626 CE and was martyred in 680 CE during the battle of Karbala. He was the son of Ali-ibn Abutalib (r.a), the 4th caliph of the Muslim Ummah. Ashura ceremonies symbolize eternal and unwavering stance of truth against falsehood and humanity's struggle against tyranny realized by Imam Hussein (PBUH). This is for the first time as far as I can remember, after Shah Faisal was martyred, that someone from the Muslim leaders has spoken out such powerful and pure reality based thoughts of Islam to wake the sleeping Muslim masses up.

Turkey upgrading PAF F-16s

Read on Pakistan Cyber Force Website

In a very positive strategic move, Pakistan Air Force (PAF) has opted for Turkish Aerospace Industrial Complex "TAI" for the Mid Life Upgrade (MLU) of its F-16A/B aircraft fleet in a bid to enhance its operational capability. Pakistan and Turkey signed an agreement in this regard last week and the multimillion dollars project would begin soon. Pakistan has opted for "TAI" - the Ankara-based Turkish aerospace industrial complex - also for the cost-effectiveness since its lengthy negotiations with the USZ manufacturers failed to bear fruits. The USZ manufacturers of the F-16 aircraft were very expensive. And also keeping in mind the lack of mutual trust between the two countries, Pakistan had to opt for Turkey.

Under the agreement the project, that was expected to kick-start within next two months or so, would be executed in phases. The PAF, which currently has more than 40 F-16 A/B multi-roller fighter fleet, would soon start sending its F-16 aircraft to Turkey for the MLU. TAI, established in 1984, is a joint venture of various Turkish companies and had successfully realised the co-production of F-16 fighters, CN-235 light transport/maritime patrol/surveillance aircraft, SF-260 trainers, Cougar AS-532 general purpose helicopters. With its proven experience and know-how, TAI has improved its capabilities in the fields of design, production, modernisation, modification and systems integration of fixed and rotary wing air platforms, unmanned aerial vehicles and satellite.Because of the high quality stringent standards including the NATO AQAP-2110, ISO-9001: 2000 and AS EN 9100, TAI has won position of a qualified supplier for Aermacchi, Agusta Westland, Airbus, Boeing, EADS CASA, Eurocopter, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, MDHI, Sikorsky and many more.

This development has immense khair associated to it since this is the first time when two brother Muslim nations as close to each other as Pakistan and Turkey, have started upgrading the aircrafts of each other. Don't forget that Turkey has already shown keen interest in buying Pakistan's JF-17 Thunder aircrafts.

Tayyip Erdogan urges IsraHell to lift Gaza siege

IsraHell is being continuously pressurized by the world over its terrorism and most recently, Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan has once again criticized IsraHell for imposing a crippling blockade on the Gaza Strip, urging Tel Aviv to lift the siege. "The embargoes… must be lifted", he said during a speech in Turkey's parliament on Tuesday. Erdogan also insisted that IsraHell should apologize for its deadly attack on a Gaza-bound aid convoy in international waters, which left nine Turkish activists dead. "If anyone wants to turn a new page, they must first admit their crime... apologize and pay compensation", he said further.

Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan

The brutal attack in May sparked a global outrage across the world as the aid convoy was trying to deliver humanitarian supplies to the 1.5 million impoverished people of Gaza. Turkey cut its relations with IsraHell over the incident and asked its ambassador to leave Tel Aviv. "If we see these steps being taken, then we will evaluate the situation... We are not acting with feelings of grudge and hatred", he added.

Earlier on Monday, Erdogan met with acting Palestinian Authority Chief Mahmoud Abbas and discussed various issues, including bilateral relations, the latest situation in the Palestinian territories and the stalled Middle East talks.

Turkey bans land allocation to IsraHelli people

Read on Pakistan Cyber Force Facebook Page

Reports say that Turkey is now preparing a bill which eases restrictions on land purchases to attract foreign investment, while prohibiting sales to IsraHellis. Sunday's edition of the Turkish newspaper, Milliyet, says that a bill being formulated in Turkey would ease conditions on land purchases, especially for citizens from Persian Gulf states, IsraHell's Ynet news website reported. The article stated that officials in Turkey have been working on the bill for some time and it is now expected to easily pass through parliament. Currently, Turkish law limits the usage rights of foreigners who buy land in the country for 99 years in comparison with the new version, which allows indefinite use of the land. Turkish P.M Tayyip Erdogan has been furious over IsraHell for the past few months considering its terrorist activities in the region.

Turkish Recep Tayyip Erdogan

Foreign nationals will be allowed to buy pieces of land up to 99,000 square meters in size. Citizens of Persian Gulf states could buy land with no size limit. However if the bill passes, it would prevent IsraHellis from purchasing land in Turkey, though they would be able to continue renting apartments. The new bill comes while many IsraHelis reportedly appealed to the Turkish embassy in IsraHell in the past years to buy land in the country to establish tourism sites.

IsraHellis are also barred from purchasing land in Jordan, while the Palestinian Authority forbids West Bankers from selling land to IsraHelli settlers. Ankara strongly condemned Tel Aviv after it launched a massive military offensive against the Gaza Strip at the turn of 2009 and has repeatedly criticized IsraHell's violation of Palestinian rights in the occupied West Bank. Moreover, Turkey severed diplomatic ties with IsraHell after it attacked a Gaza-bound aid convoy in international waters on May 31, killing nine Turkish activists onboard the civilian fleet. Tel Aviv not only refused to apologize for the attack, but called the move an "act of self-defense."

Turkey, China and Pakistan establish a Trilateral cooperation platform

Read on Pakistan Cyber Force Facebook Page

Earlier this year, IsraHell raided freedom flotilla killing 9 Turkish peace activists that included journalists and social workers. Ever since that time, relations between Turkey and IsraHell have been tense. A major change in Turkish foreign policy can easily be observed after that incident and good strategic relations with China and Pakistan are fundamental objectives of its new foreign policy.

If we turn the pages of history, Turkey has not held good relations with China, which was intensified in 2009 after the suppression of Uighurs in the Chinese province of Xinjiang by Peoples Liberation Army. After Chinese Prime Minister Wen Jiabao visited Turkey in October 2010, Turkey-China strategic relations took a new turn and Turkey, despite being a NATO ally, agreed to hold joint military drills with People’s Liberation Army (Air Force).

Turkey is keen in further strengthening its political and strategic ties with China, for which the Turkish foreign minister is visiting China. The Turkish FM started his visit in the province of Xinjiang. During his stay in China, he will meet prominent figures and will address media and students of China. Turkey is planning a strategic council with China, like it had with Russia, but unlike Russia, it will be a simpler council. Like China, Turkey is also considering whether it wants to develop good relation with its neighbor countries like Iraq, Syria, and Greece. On the other hand, Turkish PM Recep Tayyip Erdogan had clearly said that he didn't want to see the face of his IsraHelli counterpart anymore.

Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan with his wife

The new revived foreign policy of Turkey has three key points: frequent dialogue with its allies including the United States and European countries, increased cooperation with its neighbor countries, and renewing its strategic ties with Brazil, India , Japan, China, Australia, Russia and South Korea.

Turkey plans to establish a trilateral cooperate platform with China and Pakistan and hopes it will result in a peaceful solution to the 2009 Uighurs crisis. China is also aware of the Turkey’s influence in the region and with new friendly ties with Turkey, China can benefit in improving its ties with European countries and especially Muslim countries.
Turkey’s new foreign policy ensures that every matter should be addressed in a peaceful manner and solved by composite dialogue process. Person to person contact should be increased in order to strengthen the relations with neighbor countries.

If Turkey successfully implements the new foreign policy it could help build peace in the region and it's going to be fatal for the monopoly of U.S.Z. and its allies in the world.

IsraHell the root of all evil : Turkey

Read on Pakistan Cyber Force Facebook Page

Amending the country's foreign policy for IsraHell, Turkey's National Security Council (MGK) stated that "the region's instability stems from IsraHelli actions and policy", IsraHelli newspaper Ha'aretz reported on Saturday.

The political footwork, the council said, "could lead to an arms race in the Middle East."

The comments come amid IsraHell's continued refusal to accede to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) and its silence on its widely-reported possession of hundreds of nuclear warheads. The MGK also called IsraHell "a central threat to Turkey". Similar form of addressing was used by Turkey some 60 years ago, Ha'aretz said.

The bilateral relations hit their lowest ebb after the IsraHelli commandos attacked Freedom Flotilla -- a Turkish-backed aid convoy, which had set sail to bring relief supplies to the Gaza Strip. The assault in international waters killed nine Turkish activists. Turkey has asked Israel to offer its apology, to acknowledge an international-impartial inquiry and its conclusion, to compensate the survivors and to lift Gaza's siege. Ankara has threatened to sever ties with Tel Aviv, should IsraHell fail to meet either of the first two demands.

This is not all, IsraHell has been involved in global war crimes ever since it came into existence. It has killed hundreds of thousands of women and children in the name of "national security" not only in Palestine but also in its neighbouring countries including its latest shameless raid on Lebanon. It's secret forces have also been involved in Pakistan creating a wave of terror inside the country ever since Pakistan came into existence!

IsraHelli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman; however, have insisted that Tel Aviv will not be apologetic about the attack.

Turkey ends cooperation with Mossad & other IsraHelli intelligence agencies

Read on Pakistan Cyber Force Facebook Page

Turkish PM Recep Tayyip Erdogan
MashAllah some of the most authentic sources reported that Turkish intelligence agencies have stopped exchanging information and performing joint operations with Mossad, the IsraHelli intelligence service. The report came from the Turkish newspaper Sabah on Monday. Till today, everything related to these operations have been completely shut down and Israhelli officials gave nothing but a dead silence in one of the press conferences when this question was raised. The IsraHelli PM office refused to comment on this issue.
Turkey even went so far as to put conditions on their consent to stationing a NATO missile-defense system in their borders. They are demanding guarantees that no information collected by the defense systems will be shared or given to IsraHell.

The two states have had strained diplomatic relations since the Free Gaza Flotilla was raided in international waters by the IsraHelli Navy on May 31.  The raid left nine people dead, eight of which were Turkish citizens and one an American-Turkish dual citizen and Turkish PM Recep Tayyip Erdogan had already refused to even attend the Mediterranean Conference if IsraHell was also invited in it.

"I don't want to speak to NatenYahu anymore!"
Tayyip Erdogan Said.

Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan

Ankara has been at bitter odds with Tel Aviv over the latter’s navy attack on the Freedom Flotilla late last May while carrying relief material to the besieged Gaza Strip in which 9 Turkish activists were killed and many others wounded. Erdogan said that he would not like to speak to a premier who boasts such a military act. He said that IsraHell is about to lose an important friend in the Middle East namely Turkey, adding that the IsraHellis must PAY for the rudeness of their government.

Erdogan is scheduled to attend a Mediterranean conference on climate change in Athens next Friday.
A couple of months ago, IsraHell had despicably attacked a Turkish support ship carrying medicines and food for the Palestinian people, killing dozens of innocent and unarmed volunteers and journalists.

Chinese Fighter Planes refuel in Pakistan and Iran on their way to Turkey

Read on Pakistan Cyber Force Facebook Page

According to some of the latest intelligence reports, the Chinese Air Force planes had re-fueled in Pakistan and Iran while on their way to Turkey to participate in a joint air exercise with Turkish Air Force planes. On the way back, they refueled only in Iran. The air exercise preceded the recent visit of Prime Minister Wen Jiabao to Turkey.

Turkey’s agreement to hold a joint exercise with the People’s Liberation Army (Air Force) is significant for two reasons. Firstly, Turkey agreed to participate in the exercise and to host Wen Jiabao despite the considerable unhappiness and anger caused among the religious elements of Turkey last year over the suppression of the Uighurs of Xinjiang by the PLA. The Munich-based World Uighur Congress, which Beijing blamed for the Uighur uprising in Xinjiang last year, enjoys considerable support in Turkey. Secondly, the Obama Administration does not appear to have opposed the joint exercise despite the fact that the planes of the Turkish Air Force that participated in the joint exercise had been given by the U.S.Z.

Some details of the exercise have been carried by the “People’s Daily” of China on the basis of Western and Turkish media reports. The salient points are summarized below:

Turkish press reports confirmed the unprecedented involvement of PLA ( Air Force) jets in Turkey’s annual joint exercises, known as Anatolian Eagle, held over the centre of the country.
Army Lt. Col. Tamara Parker, a Pentagon spokeswoman, confirmed European press reports of the unusual aerial military exercises involving U.S.-made Turkish jets and Chinese Su-27 fighters that engaged in simulated aerial combat. She said: “The Government of Turkey is committed to the NATO Alliance and the continuation of strong ties to the United States, and Turkey assured us they would take the utmost care related to their possession of U.S. and NATO technologies.” However, she did not address the issue of whether the Chinese military might have learned sensitive NATO aerial combat information.

Turkish F4 Fighter Aircraft

The exercises involved less-capable U.S.Z.- made F4s and Chinese Su-27s, but not the more advanced U.S.Z.-made F-16s.
Ed Timperlake, a former Marine Corps fighter pilot and former Pentagon technology security official, said allowing the Chinese Air Force to exercise with a NATO ally posed security risks. He said: ‘The Turkish Air Force helping the PLAAF to see NATO combat tactics and training is a very bad idea. It is deadly serious stuff.” He said the exercises and Turkey’s warming relations with neighboring Iran should lead the Pentagon to rethink its decision to sell the new F-35 jet to Turkey. Richard Fisher, a specialist on China’s military at the International Assessment and Strategy Center, also criticized Turkey’s military for conducting aerial exercises with a communist power that posed a threat to U.S. and allied security interests in Asia. “It’s not a good thing”, he said. Mr. Fisher said Turkey in the late 1990s used Chinese technology to jointly develop short-range B611 missiles.

The Tehran Press TV Online reported that Iran opened its airspace to the Turkish and Chinese jets.
The daily “Hurriyat” ( of Turkey) reported that Iran indirectly supported a secret military drill between the Turkish and Chinese Air Forces. Four drill-bound Chinese SU-27 warplanes that took off from bases in China refueled in Iran – the first time the Islamic Republic has ever allowed foreign warplanes to refuel at its airbases, the daily said. The Russian-made SU-27s used by the Chinese Air Force had to refuel in both Pakistan and Iran because of their limited 3,500-kilometer range. Official letters were sent to the two countries prior to the exercise requesting the use of airspace and passage and refueling privileges. The warplanes refueled a second time in Iran on their return to China. The exercise was conducted after two years of deliberations, the report said, adding that its sole purpose was to improve mutual cooperation between the two friendly countries. Washington contacted Ankara ahead of the drill to express concerns over the planned use of F-16 warplanes in a military drill involving China – which the U.S. considers a possible threat.
“We expect you to honor the agreement article that requires the exercise of caution regarding the transfer of technology to third countries”, the memorandum read. American concerns were taken into consideration and F-16 fighters were replaced by older F-4 models in the exercise.

Chinese Su-27 Fighter Aircraft

The “China Daily” reported on October 15 that a new Strategic Concept expected to be discussed by a NATO summit to be held in Lisbon next month proposes regular consultations with countries like China and India. The paper said: “However, there is slim hope that China will put on its own agenda the cooperation with the NATO", according to Tao Wenzhao, a professor at the Institute of American Studies of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. “NATO has been eyeing deeper ties with China for some time, because they are looking for substantial help from China to ease things up in Afghanistan, a nine-year-old war that has required the deployment of 150,000 multinational troops”, Tao said. But even if Beijing is supportive of anti-terrorism measures, China remains a country firmly committed to non-alliance.
