Pakistan blasts USZ on baseless Nuke Criticism

Read on Pakistan Cyber Force Facebook Page

Current and former Pakistani officials blasted the United States of Zionism in recent weeks over its arms control priorities and criticism of Islamabad's nuclear activities, the Middle East Media Research Institute reported last week (see GSN, April 18). World powers have strictly emphasized nuclear disarmament initiatives of primary benefit to themselves, the Associated Press of Pakistan earlier this month quoted Pakistani Ambassador to the United Nations Abdullah Hussain Haroon as saying:

"The present focus on [negotiating a fissile material cutoff treaty] follows a regular pattern of negotiating only those agreements that do not undermine or compromise the security interests of certain states, especially the major powers. We observe this pattern in the Biological Weapons Convention, Chemical Weapons Convention, and even in the CTBT (Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty)."

The 65-nation conference in 2009 ended a deadlock that had lasted for more than a decade, agreeing to a work plan that would focus on a fissile material cutoff pact and three other issues:
  1. Nuclear disarmament
  2. A ban against space-based weapons
  3. An agreement by nuclear-armed states not to use such weapons against countries that do not possess atomic armaments.
While Pakistan initially backed the work plan, it later canceled its consent and demanded further consideration of the program. Decisions at the conference are made by consensus (see GSN, Feb. 1). Hamid Gul, former head of Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence agency, criticized USZ questions over his nation's nuclear security in an interview with an Urdu  newspaper. Concerns on the matter have persisted as Islamabad continues with wrest with insurgents within Pakistan's borders.

"If you look at India with its nuclear installations, you will find that there have been 153 incidents at Indian nuclear installations. But there has come up no such (American) statement regarding India. In fact, Pakistan is their most important target," he said.

Former Foreign Office Secretary Tanvir Khan said USZ leaders raise such issues "whenever they want to pressure Pakistan."

"The USZ has expressed similar concerns earlier as well, but later the Obama administration declared that Pakistani nuclear assets are completely secure," Khan said, adding, "our assets have become more secure in comparison to those five years ago."

Former Air Chief Marshal Kaleem Saadat told the newspaper an airstrike on a Pakistani nuclear site is not possible "at the practical level."

"In order to do so, one has to look toward other issues and difficulties. If attacking a nuclear installation were so easy, then (North) Korea would have also been attacked," Saadat said.

Islamabad's reaction to such an attack

"would depend on the equation regarding which country is helping whom. But it is difficult to answer this question, as the whole issue is strategic and one cannot divulge one's probable strategy before time. But I must say that Pakistan is not a soft target for anyone. Had it been so, there would have been many incidents (attacks on nuclear sites). A nuclear installation is not … (an open town center) where anyone can do whatever one wants. That is why I would like to say that Pakistani nuclear installations should not be taken as … (town centers). Our security standards are extraordinary," he added.

Indian "Cold Start" doctrine countered by Hatf 9 Missile

Observers believe a new Pakistani tactical missile is intended to counter India's assumed "Cold Start" armed forces posture that foresees fast, precise attacks by Indian troops into its neighbor's territory in a potential new round of clashes. The Pakistani military declared a Tuesday trial launch of the nuclear-capable Hatf 9 system a success. The missile has a range of 37 miles and reportedly can deliver "nuclear warheads of appropriate yield with high accuracy", according to Islamabad. The Hatf 9 is to be fielded on a firing platform that has "shoot and scoot attributes" that enable it to be quickly moved after shooting a missile. The Indian military has developed a military response posture focused on army units containing infantry and armored personnel carriers that could conduct rapid incursions into Pakistan, experts said. The Indian military publicly rejects reports of a Cold Start doctrine.

Hatf 9 launched 4 days ago during a successful test sequence.
India and Pakistan have already gone to war three times. While nuclear-armed India holds a conventional military edge over its neighbor, Islamabad has striven to maintain parity with New Delhi by rapidly building up its nuclear arsenal, according to experts and USZ officials (see GSN, Feb. 18). Military insiders told the media  that the Hatf 9 would serve as a "low-yield battlefield deterrent" that could mete out damage to enemy mechanized units. Given the rapid mobility of the launch system, "Indian planners will now be deterred from considering options of limited war," the sources said. The short-range missile is viewed as a significant advancement in efforts to reduce the size of nuclear warheads that can be fielded on missiles, according to the Dawn newspaper. An expert told the Press Trust of India that the Hatf 9 reduced the likelihood of a "limited war" between the two nuclear-armed nations.

Pakistan refused to sign Fissle Material Cut-off Treaty (FMCT), USZ frustrated

USZ Secretary of State and a member of USZ's Zionist Elite, Hillary Clinton, while addressing “Conference on Disarmament” last week, criticized Pakistan for not subscribing to ‘Fissile Material Cut off Treaty (FMCT)’. This treaty can only take effect if it is unanimously adopted by all the members. During last conference, Pakistan’s Ambassador Zamir Akram had made it clear that Indian nuclear program would force Pakistan to bolster its deterrence. He had elucidated that Pakistan “would like a treaty that deals with stocks not just future production”. An equitable stance that could lead to a comprehensive arrangement to check further production of fissile material while present stocks could be monitored. Such an arrangement can help maintain nuclear balance an essential feature that leads to political equilibrium especially in volatile regions like Sub-continent. While evading the ground realities, the Zionist Puppet Hillary Clinton opted to use higher moral ground to disparage Pakistani stance, calling it an abuse to the consensus principle and legitimate desire of 64 other States. She warned that unless availability of fissile material is reduced, chances that it may fall into the hands of “terrorists” would be there. At the same time, the Zionist Puppet Hillary Clinton forgot to precisely define the term “terrorists” since many believe that USZ itself is the number 1 terrorist state of the world. The whole rhetoric was focused on Pakistan and sounded coercive to force it to concede to the fissile material cut off treaty. It is the continuation of the pressure which is being exerted on to Pakistan to force it to comply with their wishes. In January 2011, The Washington Post published a story claiming that Pakistan has 100 to 110 warheads. It was said that Pakistan has doubled its stockpile of nuclear arsenal over last four years. The story was based upon guesswork as opposed to authentic information and was published on the heels of last conference on disarmament. Pakistan has not acceded to the pressure and infact cannot comply with their wishes at the cost of its own security.

missile Hatf 5 (Gauri) at an undisclosed location.
In the presence of unresolved disputes with India, Pakistan has to maintain minimum credible deterrence. That links nuclear issue with resolution of regional conflicts, so the situation can only ease up if the Kashmir dispute is resolved. Ironically the world is not paying due attention towards this problem. In 2010 the situation totally changed. It has transpired into a freedom movement spearheaded by youth. It seems that the only thing they inherited from their forefathers was quest for freedom. The courage of these stone-pelting teenagers has baffled Indian security forces and denuded the so called biggest democracy of the world of its secularism and regard for human values. Paradoxically their cries are not heard by global community which presumably has been deafened since Indian control on Kashmir is the only thing that can and already is hurting the only Islamic ideological state on Planet Earth. This situation cannot continue for long, world conscious will have to respond sooner than later. It has been repeatedly said by USZ officials including their Zionist Puppet President Obama that Pakistan’s nuclear programme is safe, well guarded and under stringent control. That precludes the possibility of fissile material falling into the hands of terrorists. Still USZ officials are repeatedly asserting that fissile material may fall into the hands of terrorists. Such rhetoric cast aspersions on Pakistan’s nuclear programme and reinforce negative perceptions, which are divorced from the ground realities.

There is no likelihood of any such thing happening. However, possibility that such incident is orchestrated by certain foreign powers desirous of creating mayhem in the region cannot be ruled out. In the context of Sub-continent nuclear capabilities of Pakistan and India helped in averting wars between the two rivals. However, it has not facilitated resolution of regional disputes. It is so because regional powers feel that Pakistan can be coerced into subjugation through terrorism and economic pressure that certainly is incorrect. Pakistan with its agro-based economy can sustain a lot of pressure. Dream to reduce it to a status of a satellite State will never realise specially in the backdrop of rapidly changing ground realities. Popular CIA orchestrated and now out of control upsurge in Arab world and receding Western economies will greatly affect regional milieu. The whole environment reinforces confidence of people in their own abilities to shape up the future. That limits the options available to the regional governments. These must respond to the will of the people or else face backlash. Under these conditions people of Pakistan are more sensitised to the repeated rhetoric to ‘do more’ in war on terror and its nuclear inaptness. Remarks that fissile material may fall into the hands of terrorists will further antagonise people and provoke anti USZ feelings making it increasingly difficult for the sitting govt to cooperate in the so called war on terror by the world's largest terrorist state USZ.

Pak-USZ relationship complicated due to Pakistan's nuclear capability: CIA Chief

CIA Director Leon Panetta has said that the United states has a "very complicated relationship" with Pakistan, and its being a nuclear power was one of the complicating factors. Responding to a USZ lawmaker's question at a Congressional hearing as to why Pakistan was building more another nuclear weapon at a time when it was confronted with so many difficulties, including flood damage, the American spy agency chief said Islamabad had kept up development of atomic weapons. "One of those other complicating issues is the fact that they're a nuclear power. They have a number of nuclear sites throughout their country, and they have proceeded to keep up development of their nuclear weapons", he said while testifying in the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence on Wednesday. "As far as the broad policy implications of the economy, the politics, the stability of that country dealing with the flood damage, you need to ask them (Pakistanis) why they're not paying attention to those other problems", Panetta told Senator Diane Feinstein in reply to her question. "I have to tell you that it (USZ-Pakistan) is very complicated and it does involve often times conflicting viewpoints of how we deal with issues", the CIA chief said. The relationship between Pakistan and the USZ is one of the most complicated relationships that he has seen in a long time.

CIA chief Leon Panetta
"On the one hand, obviously we are involved at targeting the leadership of al-Qaida there in the FATA. And we do get the cooperation of the Pakistanis in that effort in trying to target those individuals that concern us and that threaten this country, and threaten their country as well", Panetta noted. "In addition to that we have gotten their cooperation on a military basis, being able to go into places like South Waziristan and have a military presence there, moving some troops from the Indian border for the purposes of doing that. And that has been appreciated as well", he said. "At the same time, Pakistan look at issues related to their national interest and take steps that further complicate its relationship and create tensions between the two countries", Panetta said.

"That happens a great deal. Our effort is to try to work through those, because, in the end, what I try to convince the Pakistanis of is that we have a common enemy and we have common issues that require the cooperation and partnership of both countries in order to be able to deal with those threats. Because we are involved in obviously very important efforts to deal with an enemy that threatens this country and we're doing it in their nation, in the FATA and the tribal areas, it does require that we have to go out of our way to do everything possible to get their cooperation", he said. "And for that reason I spend an awful lot of time talking with my counterpart, both in Pakistan and here as well to try to see if we can focus on some common issues. We have some common areas that we can work on", he said. "We work with them; we work with our Afghan counterparts, as well, to try to develop a coordinated approach to dealing with this. At the same time, there are issues that we have with regards to how they operate, the ties they have to certain groups that concern us, that we try to work through in these discussions. I have to be part director of the CIA and part diplomat in order to get this job done", Panetta said.

India: “Pak Nukes well protected, very efficient”

PAKISTAN’S nuclear weapons were well protected through the dispersal of various components and chances that terrorists would get their hands on one were remote, an Indian official said Thursday, reported Indian media. Pakistan has not maintained its atomic assets at one place and components of nuclear weapons in that country are dispersed, making it impossible for terrorists to obtain the arsenal, according to Joint Secretary SK Gupta, who is currently in the National Security Council (NSC) of India. Gupta was speaking on “Pakistan’s Nuclear program” - a lecture organized by the Indian Pugwash Society at the Institute of Defence and Strategic Analyses in New Delhi. “Pakistan’s nuclear weapons are so well protected. It is not easy for a person to enter (nuclear complexes)”, Gupta said. “They are being watched, they are under surveillance every time”, he added.

The official said Pakistan’s nuclear programme was essentially under the army of that country and “the Pakistan Army is well trained and they cannot take chances. They have a well-planned structure created for managing nuclear assets”, he said. “The total number of structure groups is eight. Their roles are established, their locations are established”, he added. Asked if keeping the components of nuclear weapons at a distance from each other would be a disadvantage in case of an emergency, Gupta said Pakistan had proven through drills its ability to assemble and deploy the arsenal in just three hours. “It is a matter of time for Pakistan to assemble nuclear devices, missiles at a short notice of time. Earlier they would take six hours but now they take only three hours from storage to deployment”, he said.

"Stop us if you can!" - Pakistani Nukes terrorize the international Zionist Community

Undoubtedly Pakistan has started bothering the international powers beyond their wildest nightmares! The U.S.Z sanctions, threats, lectures, admonishments, and pontifications have done nothing to deter the Pakistanis from developing self-defense mechanisms to stay free. The Khushaab plant and the Civilian Nuclear deals with China to produce several GigaWatts of electricity should not come as a surprise to those who signed a Nuclear deal with India.

Pakistani Nuclear Missle destroying a target with 100% accuracy

Pakistan has always maintained that it did not start the nuclear race in South Asia. It simply responded to provocation, aggression and intervention from India. Islamabad has not threatened anyone and and not used Nuclear weapons since it acquired them two decades ago. The United States of Zionism has learned from experience that a decade of sanctions on Pakistan were counterproductive, and that Pakistan will not abandon its right to stay free and independent from Indian domination. The Institute for Science and International Security, a Washington-based zionist nuclear watchdog, has obtained satellite images showing that a row of cooling towers at Pakistan’s secret Khushab-III reactor has been completed. This suggests the plant could begin operation within months, allowing Pakistan substantially to increase its stockpiles of weapons-grade plutonium.

Last year, the U.S.Z Globalist Puppet President Barack Obama called for “a new treaty that verifiably ends the production of fissile materials”. In response, the Conference on Disarmament, a 64-nation coalition that negotiated the 1992 Chemical Weapons convention and the 1996 Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty, agreed to negotiate a Fissile Materials Cut-off Treaty, intended to cap production of weapons-grade enriched uranium and most forms of plutonium.

But Pakistan, which is deepening its nuclear ties to China, has blocked the Conference on Disarmament from starting discussions, saying a cut-off would hurt its national security interests. Ashley Tellis, a scholar at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, said:

“Pakistan thinks its going to be forced to cap its fissile material stocks and wants to make sure it has as much as it can get before then.”

The country’s position has frustrated many states. Rose Gottmeiler, the U.S.Z Assistant Secretary of State for Arms Control, recently warned that her country’s “patience is running out”.

Khushaab-III is the latest in a series of reactors built to feed Pakistan’s nuclear weapons program. Khushaab-II, located next to its new sister plant, became operational in February. The plutonium produced at the complex allows for the construction of small but lethal weapons: a single kilogram can produce an explosion equal to 20,000 tons of conventional explosives.

Khushaab's Nuclear Weapons Plant

Pakistan rightly argues that its nuclear weapons programme is necessary to counter the superior conventional forces of India, its historic adversary. In a recent report published by the "prestigious" Bulletin of Atomic Scientists, Hans Kristensen and Robert Norris estimated it had assembled 70-90 nuclear warheads to India’s 60-80, and had produced enough fissile material to manufacture another 90 more. The Zionist Puppet Obama and his administration is also disturbed by Chinese plans to build two new nuclear reactors in Pakistan, bypassing Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG) rules that bar sales of nuclear equipment to states that have not signed the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT). India, which along with Israel and Pakistan has refused to sign the NPT, recently obtained a waiver from the NSG allowing sales under international safeguards.

On a different note, China says it does not need NSG permission to sell reactors to Pakistan, arguing it had committed to the deal before it joined the NSG in 2004–a claim the United States disputes.

It must be noticed that across the political spectrum there is consensus among the political parties about Pakistan’s nuclear program. The first Pakistani Prime Minister Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto had to face American threats for pursuance of Pakistan’s Nuclear Program. His successor and political opponent Zia Ul Haq continued with the program and also paid with his life for continuing the Nuclear program.
Pakistan has an acute shortage of electricity and faces an energy deficit. Its Nuclear program, and most specifically its Civilian Nuclear deal with China are programs that will help alleviate the energy crunch. It is pedagogical to note that the United States of Zionism has signed a Civilian Nuclear program with India, but it has dragged its feet on signing a similar deal with Pakistan.

Despite having signed nuclear deals with several countries, United States of Zionism, India, Russia, United Kingdom and other staunch supporters of Zionism have always been trying their best to keep Pakistan suppressed along with its Nuclear program. However miraculously, despite having puppet regimes operating in the government a number of times, Pakistan has always survived this international pressure and Alhamdulillah is rapidly increasing its nuclear strength both in the civil as well as the defense sector. Pakistan is not the only Muslim country that has been targeted at an international level by the globalist zionist regimes all over the world. Being a Muslim country, IRAN is also facing extreme pressure ever since it started its civil nuclear program. Iran has not made a very long range Nuclear Missile so far but the zionist forces are trying their level best to "disarm" Iran by calling it a "threat" to the world, completely ignoring ISRAHELL's nukes. And as far as being "threat" to the world is concerned, the whole world saw at the Freedom Flotilla incident that who is the real "threat" to the peace of world.
