Indian "Cold Start" doctrine countered by Hatf 9 Missile

Observers believe a new Pakistani tactical missile is intended to counter India's assumed "Cold Start" armed forces posture that foresees fast, precise attacks by Indian troops into its neighbor's territory in a potential new round of clashes. The Pakistani military declared a Tuesday trial launch of the nuclear-capable Hatf 9 system a success. The missile has a range of 37 miles and reportedly can deliver "nuclear warheads of appropriate yield with high accuracy", according to Islamabad. The Hatf 9 is to be fielded on a firing platform that has "shoot and scoot attributes" that enable it to be quickly moved after shooting a missile. The Indian military has developed a military response posture focused on army units containing infantry and armored personnel carriers that could conduct rapid incursions into Pakistan, experts said. The Indian military publicly rejects reports of a Cold Start doctrine.

Hatf 9 launched 4 days ago during a successful test sequence.
India and Pakistan have already gone to war three times. While nuclear-armed India holds a conventional military edge over its neighbor, Islamabad has striven to maintain parity with New Delhi by rapidly building up its nuclear arsenal, according to experts and USZ officials (see GSN, Feb. 18). Military insiders told the media  that the Hatf 9 would serve as a "low-yield battlefield deterrent" that could mete out damage to enemy mechanized units. Given the rapid mobility of the launch system, "Indian planners will now be deterred from considering options of limited war," the sources said. The short-range missile is viewed as a significant advancement in efforts to reduce the size of nuclear warheads that can be fielded on missiles, according to the Dawn newspaper. An expert told the Press Trust of India that the Hatf 9 reduced the likelihood of a "limited war" between the two nuclear-armed nations.

India horrified by Pakistan Air Force

The Pakistan Air Force is stronger than ever. Since the last Indo-Pak air war of 1971, the Pakistan Air Force has with steely determination built up numbers, lethal capabilities and a combat force now counted as one of the most disciplined and well-trained air forces in the world. India's Headlines Today has a disturbing proof that all this has made India worried. A recent presentation by the Indian defence intelligence establishment paints a morbid picture of how the numbers and capability advantage that the Indian Air Force has always found comfort in is rapidly slipping away.

Headlines Today has accessed the recent presentation made to the Indian Ministry of Defence. The document makes singularly ominous projections. The most glaring warning is about combat force ratio. The presentation says that the ratio of 1:1.7 is likely to progressively dip to 1:1.2 by the end of 2012. It describes this as a "historic low". It also says that the traditional hi-tech advantage is almost equal now with 9.5:11 squadron ratio. With Pakistan rapidly acquiring early warning aircraft, mid-air refuellers and long-range missiles, the technology gap is at a historic low. It is a wake-up call to India's military planners. The decisions taken now could forever doom the crucial advantage that the Indian Air Force has always enjoyed against an adversary that can never be underestimated.

A formidable adversary

The last time the air forces of India and Pakistan fought a full-blown war was forty years ago. But if the Pakistan Air Force of 1971 was an enemy to be reckoned with, circumstances have made it an even more formidable adversary today. The internal assessment by the Indian defence establishment makes some grimly practical projections in the light of an adversary emboldened by an unfettered modernisation spree. The Indian government has been warned that with the Indian Air Force's edge slipping fast, the Pakistan Air Force's assertiveness is likely to increase. Once seen as a primarily defensive force, the Pakistan Air Force will use its new strength to employ offensive and defensive operations in equal measure.

With new precision weapons, the Pakistan Air Force will conduct limited strikes to achieve strategic effects. The one thing that won't change -- high-value targets in J&K will be high-priority targets for the PAF. There's a deeper threat at play than just fighter numbers. Consider these newly inducted force multiplers that all but kill the Indian air advantage. Pakistan is inducting four Swedish Saab Erieye and four Chinese Y-8 airborne early warning aircraft, while India, currently, has three. India no longer has the mid-air refueller advantage. Pakistan is inducting four identical IL-78M aircraft. The Indian Air Force's UAV advantage is also disappearing. Pakistan is acquiring 25 European UAVs, with more in the pipeline.

Despite the ominous projections of the presentation, there are those who believe the Indian Air Force will always remain on top. Among them, Air Marshal Denzil Keelor, one half of the legendary Keelor brothers, who scored independent India's first air-to-air kill against Pakistan in 1965. But for the IAF to remain ahead, and stem the swiftly dwindling capability advantage over Pakistan, it needs to make some hard decisions across the board.

Delayed decisions

Rapid inductions of new generation fighters give the Pakistan Air Force significantly enhanced fighting potential. The air superiority fighter advantage that the IAF once enjoyed is progressively disappearing. A determined plugging of air defence gaps with radars and missiles has starkly reduced the Indian Air Force's freedom of action in the event of war. There are several reasons why the situation has been allowed to get so grim for the Indian Air Force. Delays in the Tejas have forced the Air Force to grapple with stop-gap arrangements that don't quite cut it. The Indian mother of all deals for 126 new fighters is still incomplete more than ten years after the IAF said it needed the aircraft urgently.

Finally, with an ageing Soviet fleet of flying caskets (MIGs) that are troublesome and facing retirement, the Air Force looks at an even greater dip in the numbers advantage. The message to the Defence Ministry and the government is simple. Cut your losses and plan hard for the future. If you don't, the Indian Air Force will lose the one thing you've always counted on: its combat edge.

India: “Pak Nukes well protected, very efficient”

PAKISTAN’S nuclear weapons were well protected through the dispersal of various components and chances that terrorists would get their hands on one were remote, an Indian official said Thursday, reported Indian media. Pakistan has not maintained its atomic assets at one place and components of nuclear weapons in that country are dispersed, making it impossible for terrorists to obtain the arsenal, according to Joint Secretary SK Gupta, who is currently in the National Security Council (NSC) of India. Gupta was speaking on “Pakistan’s Nuclear program” - a lecture organized by the Indian Pugwash Society at the Institute of Defence and Strategic Analyses in New Delhi. “Pakistan’s nuclear weapons are so well protected. It is not easy for a person to enter (nuclear complexes)”, Gupta said. “They are being watched, they are under surveillance every time”, he added.

Pakistani soldiers stand near a nuclear-capable ballistic missile Hatf 5 (Gauri) at an undisclosed location November 16, 2006. Pakistan successfully test-fired an intermediate range, nuclear-capable Hatf 5 (Ghauri) ballistic missile on Thursday, the military said. The official said Pakistan’s nuclear programme was essentially under the army of that country and “the Pakistan Army is well trained and they cannot take chances. They have a well-planned structure created for managing nuclear assets”, he said. “The total number of structure groups is eight. Their roles are established, their locations are established”, he added. Asked if keeping the components of nuclear weapons at a distance from each other would be a disadvantage in case of an emergency, Gupta said Pakistan had proven through drills its ability to assemble and deploy the arsenal in just three hours. “It is a matter of time for Pakistan to assemble nuclear devices, missiles at a short notice of time. Earlier they would take six hours but now they take only three hours from storage to deployment”, he said.

A Final Blow to ‘Aman ki Asha’

Read on Pakistan Cyber Force Facebook Page

A lot discussion has been done whether Pakistan should have friendly relation with ENDia or not. This confusion has been created a couple of years ago by a secular Channel which is commonly known as JEW TV. This Channel is the perfect example of hypocrites, following the footsteps of Abdullah Bin Ubbay . On one hand they show movies like ‘The Message’ and ‘Lion of the Dessert:Omer Mukhtar’ while on the other hand they show pure nudity and vulgarity in the form of IIFA and STARDUST award ceremonies. They spread atheism through their pretentious planted MULLAH named Ghamdi. But today I want to vanquish this absurd discussion by presenting some historic events and, in the end we will decide whether this self-proclaimed concept is really ‘Aman Ki Asha’ or it is actually ‘Atangvaad ki Asha’ (Atangvaad is a Hindi word meaning terrorism)
One can clearly understand the hindu mindset after reading the Chapter “Pakistan ka matlab Kya?” of Shahabnama. In the very chapter, Shahab sahab has openly revealed the thinking of a common Hindu and their antagonist attitude towards muslims.

The Top Secret Document:
Once Shahab sahib’s eyes went through a top secret document of Congress. He instantly visited QUAID and handed over the document to him.
All the congress appointment-holder were instructed to carry-out the following tasks:
  • Partition of India has been finalized, so the congress Chief Ministers should remove all muslims from important posts especially in Home Department, Finance Department and Press Department.
  • The in charge of all the police stations should be Hindu. All Muslims should be posted to posts which are least important.
  • All the ammunition, should be taken back from Muslim sepoys and they should be handed over minor tasks.
  • All the weapon licenses of Muslims should be canceled and the weapons should be confiscated by the Police.
  • Gandhi’s motto of ‘Adam Tashaddud’ (No Violence) was torn into pieces by his party workers or may be by himself.

The Crook Gandhi:
The ‘’Quit India Movement’’ is shown by the Indian media as the most valorous as of Gandhi but actually Mr. Gandhi launched this movement when the British Forces were constantly facing defeats in World War 2, but as soon as they started having the triumph of the War, Gandhi extended the hand of re-conciliation towards them Quaid-e-Azam. Gandhi raised the motto of “To God or to Anarchy” and just after 2 years, he violates his own motto.

The Direct Action Day Bloodshed:
On 16 August 1946, Muslim League called for direct action day, when all the re-conciliation and government making plans failed. In Calcutta, that day was a scene of doomsday. As the Muslims were returning to their homes, the Hindus attacked them with lethal weapons. Thousands of Muslims were killed in the streets of Calcutta that day. While the Hindu press presented this event as if they are the most innocent creatures on earth.
A true and dignified Muslim can never forget the brutal killing on 16th August 1946!!

The Bihar’s Tyranny:
After Calcutta, it was Bihar’s turn. In Bihar Muslims were out-numbered by the Hindus by a big percentage, they were killed ruthlessly. According to Official estimates, more than 8000 Muslims were martyred but the original figure is still unknown. Dozens of mosques were destroyed, several girls jumped into the wells to save their dignity. Muslims were burnt alive. Children were killed by hammering nails into their foreheads and limbs. After Bihar, it was U.P’s turn. Many Muslims gathered in an annual fare, in which millions took part. Suddenly, some Hindus attacked the fare and killed all the Muslims with immense brutality.

The Savage Sikhs:
The cruelty of the Sikhs in the partition is quite visual in most of the Pakistani  telefilms and T.V Dramas. The latest Example was “Dastaan” in which the girl BANO is kept by Sikhs for 5 years before she runs away, all her relatives were killed by the Sikhs. But this is not even 1% of the brutality of Sikhs. Everyone knows that the independence trains used to reach Pakistan full of blood and slaughtered bodies of Innocent Muslims.
The Sikhs celebrated their first Independence Day in a very unique way. They forcefully brought Muslim women in the town to the streets, removed their clothes, raped then in Public and burnt them alive.

After all the above mentioned incidents, I ask whether a normal human being would extend a hand of friendship towards such people?
Mr. Jeem, They killed my brothers, they hammered the children in their foreheads, they raped my sisters and mothers, they burnt them alive, they slaughtered them and you tell me to make them friends!!! Do you think I am mad? Do you think I am a retard? Is the blood of my brothers, sisters, mothers and children so cheap? Is the dignity of my nation so worthless? Will I not answer Aaqa (s.a.w.w) in the hereafter? I think you should zip your filthy mouth Mr. Jeem. We cannot forget the bloodshed, the cruelty, the brutality and the tyranny. We certainly still remember the cries of our motherts, shrieks of our helpless sisters and tears of our innocent children! We do not intend to take revenge, the way they did, since our Aaqa s.a.w has taught to forgive. But we will definitely rescue our helpless brother Sisters. Now the readers can decide whether it is “Aman ki Asha” or it is “Atangvaad ki Asha”

Agarcha buth hain jama'at k aasteeno mai,
(Although there are idols up the sleeves of the group)
mujey hai hukm-e-azaan La ilaha Ilallah
(My duty is to say loud and clear: There is no God Except Allah)

Pakistan Phobia and its reality

A new psychological phobic disease has been introduced a few years ago and it is spreading like fire. It is quite disappointing that no medical doctor has ever addressed it to the populace but this article will not only throw normal light but a parabolic light on this matter. The name of the disease is Pakophobia. Pak is abbreviation for Pakistan , while Phobia means fear, so it collectively means "Fear of Pakistan". Unlike its name, this disease is not introduced by any Pakistani but introduced by our arch rival ENDia, Yes! I mean ENDia. This disease was coined by Nehru, Patel and Gandhi even before the creation of Pakistan. But nowadays it has reached its climax. Even the first terrorist president of Israhell Mr. David Ben Goriyon fell prey to it and said:
"You got to finish Pakistan as soon as possible, If it remains , IsraHell may not survive"

But our great QUAID instantly replied him:
"There is no power in the world that can Undo Pakistan, it is created to stay".

I suppose, this quote was the sole reason of the death of Ben Goriyon, Israhelli lawmakers rushed to Pakistan with bundles of money and asked Pakistan to recognize it as a country but Shaheed-e-millat Khan Liaqat Ali Khan said:
"Gentlemen, Our souls are not for sale". Pakophobia can take your life!!! Pakophobia is like a death angel, It will grap your soul and put it into a cage with screen in-front of it only showing the successful nuclear explosions, winning moments of 1992 and 2009 cricket world cups, the marvelous batting of Razzaq in 2nd ODI against SA, the news that Pakistan is building a robotic army, JF-17 Thunder, Aerial re-fueling, demonstration of POF-EYE, the victory at CAMBRIAN PATROL and so on.

SYMPTOMS:
Every disease has symptoms, there is no need to search for the symptoms of Pakophobia, they are shown every now and then in the crook ENDian media. The latest example was the whinning of ENDian media on the import of onions from Pakistan. OMG!! That's a serious case. But actually the ENDian media was right. Pakistani onions were radioactive in nature and Chemistry has taught us that they radiate gamma rays as well. These Gamma Rays were ISI AGENTS!! They secretly met Ajmal Kassab and planned the explosion of the communication satellite in mid-air. Now, you would have got the idea how deeply the ENDian analysts think :).

As the cricket world Cup is around the corner, so lets talk about it as well. The previous English tour was the perfect example of Pakophobia. It is evident from the DRAMA against Mohammad Amir, Mohammad Asif and Salman Butt that English Media was subjected to Pakophobia. Similarly most of the Umpires especially David Shepherd(late), Daryl Hare and Billy Doctrove are evidently serious victims of this disease. Aleem Dar is a throne in the pockets but I salute his accuracy that he has never given them any chance to BARK!! There are some exceptional case as well. These cases are founded in Pakistan in the form of secular Barking Dogs!! The perfect example is Mr.Yahoodbhoy. He is the biggest source of spreading baseless venom within Pakistan. Mr. Yahoodbhoy is afraid that the nukes will get into the hands of Tehreek-Terrorist Pakistan. Unfortunately he is the Head of Department of Physics of a university which is named after our great Quaid.

Few years back I heard an English song named "Who Let the dogs in" and I dedicate that song to Mr, Yahoodbhoy and other secular Barking dogs including Farzana Bari and Asma Jahanghir.
General Hameed Gul rightly said: "Fear is no policy, Surrender is no option". Quran told us about such diseases 1400 years ago:
Remember thy Lord inspired the angels (with the message) I am with you: give firmness to the Believers: I will instill terror into the hearts of the Unbelievers: smite ye above their necks and smite all their finger-tips off them.(Surah Anfal:12 )

The enemies are afraid of us themselves. the only thing we need to do is to revive our khudi, our self-respect, honor and dignity. We need to discover the attributes of Salahuddin Ayubbi and Fatima Bint Abdullah hidden somewhere in our personalities. This Pakistan was created by the direct Karam and Faiz of Syedi Aaqa(s.a.w.w). Pakistan is a land of pure, a land where Shaheens are born, a land which is blessed with great Auliya karaam like Qudratullah Shahab, Ashfaq Ahmad and Wasif Ali Wasif, As Hazrat Wasif said "Pakistan is name of a tareeqat, whoever is born here is bayt to this tareeqat"

Lack of Toilets costs "Shining India" $54 billion every year

Read on Pakistan Cyber Force Facebook Page

In one of the latest World Bank's Water and Sanitation Program (WSP) reports, lack of toilets and other proper sanitation facilities costs India, the third Asian economy, nearly $54 billion a year. The Economic Impacts of Inadequate Sanitation in India estimated that inadequate sanitation causes the country lose 6.4% of its 2006 gross domestic product (GDP). World Bank experts say 450,000 out of the annual 575 million deaths reported in India are due to diarrhea, adding that millions of people in both rural and urban areas still have to defecate in the open and cope with poor drainage systems. Many Indians also do not wash their hands.

Inadequate toilets in schools and work places also force most of women and girls to be absent or refuse to attend due to the of lack of privacy. "For decades, we have been aware of the significant impacts of inadequate sanitation in India", said Christopher Juan Costain, the World Bank's head for South Asia's water and sanitation program.

More than half of India's 1.17 billion people were mobile- phone subscribers, yet only 366 million people had access to proper sanitation in 2008, a UN study says. According to World Bank, premature deaths, treatment of the sick for illnesses like diarrhea, malaria, trachoma and intestinal worms as well as the time lost due to illness is costing India $38.5 billion alone. "It is estimated that comprehensive interventions like use of toilets, hygiene promotion, improved access to safe water, and proper waste management can save India some Rs 1,321 (US$29.31) per capita", Costain said.

Our suggestion to the indian government: First you need to launch an emergency toilet construction campaign throughout India before going for billions of dollars worth nuclear deals with your former flying casket supplier friend, Russia. Enough said.

PCF blasts India-Russia Oil / Gas / Nuclear deal

Read on Pakistan Cyber Force Facebook Page

India's miserably failed missile, air and ground defense programs have forced it to beg for help from its former and current crime partner in the region, Russia. It's the same former superpower that was brutally crushed by Pakistan and the Graveyard of Empires back in 1980's. With so many recent missile failures and after getting slapped hard by USZ in conditional nuclear deals and stoppage of job outsourcing from USZ states, now India has once again returned to its old flying casket supplier. During Russian president's 2 day visit to India, they both have signed intergovernmental agreements on cooperating in the oil and gas and nuclear energy spheres as well as jointly developing "information technologies".

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev & Indian PM Manmohan Singh
Russian President Dmitry Medvedev began his official two-day visit to India on Tuesday during which he is scheduled to meet with his Indian counterpart Pratibha Patil and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. The Russian and Indian foreign ministers signed an agreement on easing visa requirements for certain categories of citizens. The countries' governments have also agreed on joint cooperation in emergency situations. Russian Energy Minister Sergei Shmatko and Indian Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Murli Deora have inked an intergovernmental agreement on developing cooperation in the oil and gas sphere. The sides also signed a memorandum on widening cooperation in using nuclear energy for peaceful purposes. An agreement was reached to establish a joint technological center.

Russian made Flying Casket Mig27 crashed
Our suggestion: Dear Indians, firstly, please ask for help from your Russian Counterparts for reviving your CBI website since it is still down to-date ( http://cbi.nic.in/ ). Only after doing that, the information technology agreements will make any sense to your common people. And also, fighting wars is not your cup of tea. It's we the muslims who have always been fighting against the colonials throughout history. You are only good at being slaves, both mentally and physically.
We at PCF support the poor untouchables and Nexalites in India who are fighting for their rights against Hindu Zionism.

Dalits (untouchables) can't access water sources in 48.4% of Indian villages

Read on Pakistan Cyber Force Facebook Page

A study was held recently in the Rural India entitled "Untouchability" which disclosed the plight of Dalits(Shudars) in India. The study, which covered 565 villages in 11 states of India reveals the following observations:
  • Public health workers refused to visit Dalit homes in 33% of villages
  • Dalits were prevented from entering the police station in 27.6% of villages
  • Dalit children had to sit separately while eating in 37.8% of government schools
  • Dalits did not get mail delivered to their homes in 23.5% of villages
  • Dalits were denied access to water sources 48.4% of villages
  • Half of India’s Dalit and Shudar children are undernourished and 21% are severely underweight
  • Literacy rates for Dalit women are as low as 37.8% in rural India.

Dalits are the lowest members of Hindu caste system in India. They undertake occupations that the rest of Indian society found filthy and embarrassing and also receive ill-treatment from the members of the higher castes, particularly from Brahmins. For example Brahmins would have to bathe if a Dalit shadow fell on them, would not eat food prepared by Dalits, and would not drink from the same wells as Dalits.

They are not allowed to defy caste system and punished otherwise. Although article 17 of the Indian Constitution banned untouchability in 1950, Dalits still suffer widespread discrimination and mistreatment. Local law enforcement personnel often refuse to document, investigate and respond adequately to Dalits’ complaints. Upper caste members often threaten and assault Dalits who dare protest against their mistreatment. The traditional practices of segregation between upper castes and Dalits are continuing in India.

Although India is obligated under several International Instruments to uphold Dalit rights, there is little enforcement to ensure that India meets its obligations under International Law. First, as a UN member state, India is bound to the provisions in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR).

The articles I & II of UDHR state that “all human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights” and that the human rights protected in the UDHR belong to everyone “ without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status”. India is violating its obligations under the UDHR as it has failed to protect Dalits against discrimination, degradation and violence.

Second, India has also failed to meet its obligations under the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) which it ratified on 10 April 1979. Not only does the ICCPR protect against discrimination of “any kind” including discrimination based on “social origin” but it also protects against torture, degrading treatment, arbitrary arrest, detention, and promotes equality in the courts and equal protection of the law. In failing to respect and ensure Dalits rights, India is not complying with ICCPR.

Third, India has failed to protect Dalit workers in accordance with its obligations under the International Labour Organization Convention (No 107) which it ratified on 29 September 1958. Under convention 107, India is obligated to protect the “institutions, persons, property and labour” of members of tribal or semi tribal populations.

Dalits murdered by Hindu Terrorist Organization Shev Sina

Finally, Dalit children, who are forced into bonded labour, or the practice of Devdasi, are protected under the provisions in the Convention of Rights of the Child of 1989 (CRC), which it ratified on 11 December 1992. In Article 32, the CRC protects against “Economic exploitation” and performance of “any work that is likely to be hazardous… "or to be harmful to the child’s health or physical, mental, spiritual, moral or social development”. Both the practices of child-bonded labour and the practice of Devdasi violate India’s commitment under the CRC. A recent violation was seen in the CommonWealth games preparatory setup where dozens of Dalit children lost their lives while working for $3 per day lifting stones and building material for the construction of games infrastructure.

Although democracy itself is a rubbish system to say the least, where people are just counted and not weighed morally. India, however, doesn't even fulfill the requirements of Democracy! It has failed to implement the laws, which provide protection against such caste discriminations. The Indian government has done nothing to remove caste prejudice and to provide justice to poor and powerless. Ironically, the USZ President during his visit to India only talked about human rights violations in Myanmar and asked India to play its role in ending these violations.
