Neutron beam observed 13 times at crippled Fukushima nuke plant - Radiation spreading to USZ & China

Tokyo Electric Power Co. said that it has observed a neutron beam, a kind of radioactive ray, 13 times on the premises of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant after it was crippled by the massive March 11 quake-tsunami disaster, Kyodo News of Japan reported. TEPCO, the operator of the nuclear plant, said the neutron beam measured about 1.5 kilometers southwest of the plant's No. 1 and 2 reactors over three days from March 13 and is equivalent to 0.01 to 0.02 microsieverts per hour and that this is not a dangerous level.

The utility firm said it will measure uranium and plutonium, which could emit a neutron beam, as well. In the 1999 criticality accident at a nuclear fuel processing plant run by JCO Co. in Tokaimura, Ibaraki Prefecture, uranium broke apart continually in nuclear fission, causing a massive amount of neutron beams. The measured neutron beam may be evidence that uranium and plutonium leaked from the plant's nuclear reactors and spent nuclear fuels have discharged a small amount of neutron beams through nuclear fission. On the other hand, it has been confirmed that Colorado and Oregon have joined several other Western states in reporting trace amounts of radioactive particles that have likely drifted about 5,000 miles from a quake and tsunami-damaged nuclear power plant in Japan, officials say.

Radiation intensity map updated yesterday

But, on a portion of its website dedicated to tracking such radiation, the Environmental Protection Agency noted Wednesday that these and other readings “show typical fluctuation in background radiation levels” and — thus far — “are far below levels of concern.” Sampling from a monitor in Colorado — part of a national network of stations on the lookout for radioactivity — detected miniscule amounts of iodine-131, a radioactive form of iodine, the state’s public health and environmental department said Wednesday in a press release.

China and other neighboring countries increased monitoring of radiation levels, and fears of radioactive contamination have prompted panic-buying across China of iodized salt. Shoppers in Beijing, Shanghai and other parts of China have stripped supermarket shelves empty of table salt in recent days in the false belief that it either wards off radiation injuries or that the nation's supply would be contaminated by radioactive fallout. Experts have said the first rumor is not true and the second is unlikely: any catastrophe at the Japanese nuclear plant would most likely affect the immediate area, and wind patterns usually blow away from China at this time of year. The rumors are part of a swirl of misinformation regarding Japan's nuclear emergency. China Central Television reported Friday that China's salt makers have 2 million tons of salt in reserves and have stepped up production as the government seeks to control rampant sales. "The panic buying at such a large scale tests our coordination and distribution abilities, but we have confidence we can resume the normal supply to the market within 2 weeks", Dong Yongsheng, deputy general manager of China National Salt Industry Company, told CCTV.

Shoppers walk near empty shelves at a supermarket after salt was sold out in Beijing, Friday, March 18. Chinese Ministry of Commerce (MOC) on Friday joined other government departments to halt the salt panic-buying prompted by radiation fears over Japan's crippled nuclear power plant.
Beijing started a seven-day inspection on table salt prices. Those found to have illegally hiked prices will be punished, the city government said. The National Marine Environmental Forecasting Center reported late Thursday that air and seawater levels in China are not under immediate threat. Ocean and wind currents are moving east, so any contaminants would be pushed into the Pacific Ocean, the forecasting center said in a statement. China lies to the west of Japan. China said it was providing 30 million yuan ($4.6 million) worth of humanitarian assistance — along with delivering 10 tons of bottled water Thursday at the request of the Japanese government, the official Xinhua News Agency reported. Earlier this week, the first batch of Chinese relief supplies — blankets, tents and emergency lights — arrived.

18,000 dead or missing in Japan HAARP attack

Read on Pakistan Cyber Force Facebook Page

The death toll from the devastating HAARP attack on Japan & the resulting earthquake followed by tsunami has topped 18,000, making it Japan's worst disaster since World War II. The National Police Agency said in an updated toll that the number of dead or missing in Japan's worst national disaster in 88 years has soared above 18,000, AFP reported. Nearly 7,200 people are confirmed killed, lost to the HAARP caused tsunami or interred in the wreckage of buildings, according to the latest tallies. Earlier on Saturday another earthquake measuring 5.9 on the Richter scale jolted off the east coast of Honshu, about 535 km northeast of the Japanese capital, Tokyo. A record 262 aftershocks of magnitude 5 or greater were registered in the seven days following the magnitude 9.0 earthquake off northeastern Japan on March 11. Sources in Japan are still reporting HAARP caused auroral lights and disc clouds which are continuously appearing and disappearing in Japan's various western coastal areas. Meanwhile, Japanese engineers struggled anew on Saturday to cool down overheating reactors at the tsunami-hit Fukushima nuclear power plant in a frantic move to stave off a deadly radiation that could potentially overshadow the Chernobyl disaster.

The National Police Agency said in an updated toll that the number of dead or missing in Japan's worst national disaster in 88 year has soared above 18,000.

Last week's quake and tsunami in Japan set off the nuclear problems by knocking out power to cooling systems at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant on the northeast coast. Since then, four of the troubled plant's six reactor units have seen fires, explosions or partial meltdowns. At the plant, a team of 180 emergency workers has been rotating out of the complex to minimize radiation exposure. The Japanese government has ordered the evacuation of about 200,000 people living in a 20-kilometer (12.4-mile) area around the plant, and told people living between 20 kilometers and 30 kilometers (18.6 miles) from the plant to remain indoors.

Reactor 3 goes down in Japan

Japan's nuclear safety agency has reportedly said that another hydrogen explosion in a Japanese nuclear power plant has led to the failure of the third reactor at the plant. The hydrogen blast occurred at reactor number 3 at Fukushima's number 1 plant on Monday, Japan's Kyodo News reported. The first explosion at the same plant took place on the No. 1 reactor on Saturday. Japanese officials had been injecting seawater into overheating nuclear reactors on Sunday in an attempt to relieve pressure at the plant. The excess heat may now have deformed the third reactor but not melted it down, the officials say. A "meltdown" is a condition that happens when nuclear fuel rods melt in the reactor. There are also concerns of another hydrogen explosion at other reactors in the facility, similar to the one on Saturday that blew off part of the building which housed a reactor at the same plant.

An evacuation area of 12 miles (20 km) around the plant has been in place since Saturday after being expanded from 6 miles (10 km). The blasts happened on Saturday and Monday in the wake of an 8.9 magnitude earthquake and the subsequent tsunami. Over a dozen people have been injured in the explosions but Japanese authorities say radiation levels are below legal limits. Japan has been struggling to cope with the aftermath of Friday's disaster that devastated the country's north. Some 3,600 people have been confirmed dead and thousands more are still missing. Meanwhile, Asian shares have fallen as investors expect the disaster to take its toll on the world's third biggest economy. The MSCI Asia Pacific Index has declined more than 3% and the Nikkei has plunged over 6%.

Fears Japanese toll could reach 10,000 after HAARP attack

Japan was fighting to contain what could be the world's worst nuclear disaster in 25 years after the cooling failed at a second reactor crippled by a quake which may have killed over 10,000. Strong aftershocks continued to shake Japan's main island as the desperate search pressed on for survivors from Friday's massive earthquake and tsunami. State broadcaster NHK said more than 10,000 people may have been killed as the wall of water hit, reducing whole towns to rubble. Thousands were evacuated yesterday following an explosion and leak from the facility's No. 1 reactor in Fukushima, 240kms (150 miles) north of Tokyo, where there is believed to have been a partial meltdown of the fuel rods. Engineers were pumping in seawater, trying to prevent the same thing from happening at the No.3 reactor, the government said. 'Unlike the No.1 reactor, we ventilated and injected water at an early stage', Chief Cabinet Secretary Yukio Edano told a news briefing. Asked if fuel rods were partially melting in the No 1 reactor, Mr Edano said: 'There is that possiblity. We cannot confirm this because it is in the reactor. But we are dealing with it under that assumption.'

Meanwhile reports are circulating all over the cyberspace that USZ's covert weather manipulation and Earth-Quake actuation tool HAARP could be behind this incident of extreme violence since USZ has not been happy with Japan's growing relationship with China despite several of their sabotage efforts to strain China-Japan relations by hook or by crook. Last month's solid state semiconductor material issue between Japan and China was given more coverage on the American media as compared to the Chinese and Japanese media which clearly indicated the intentions of the USZ globalists. Moreover, several sources from Japan have reported the same glowing rings in the sky and the wavy patterns in the clouds at the time of the earthquake that were seen in several HAARP caused earthquakes including the extremely politically timed earthquakes of Haiti, China, Pakistan, Iran and Indonesia.

Thousands take part in anti-government protests in Japan

Read on Pakistan Cyber Force Facebook Page

Several thousand angry Japanese have staged demonstrations against the Tokyo government over its weak domestic and regional policies. "Prime Minister Kan only worries about how China and North Korea are feeling and never think about his own people. That's what I cannot tolerate the most: I cannot forgive the ruling DPJ performing anti-Japan [actions]", said one of the speakers addressing a crowd of thousands on Saturday. There is growing discontent among the Japanese people for the Kan administration's foreign policy, particularly for its handling of diplomatic spats with China and Russia. A recent poll shows that the approval rating of Japan's Prime Minister Naoto Kan has fallen six points to 21 percent, which is the lowest level since he took office in June.

People shout slogans and hold national flags during a rally denouncing the Japanese government in Tokyo on December 18, 2010.

Protesters criticized Kan's recent foreign policy decisions, particularly what they regard as his slow response to the recent tensions on the Korean Peninsula. Relations have turned sour between the two countries since Japan arrested a Chinese boat captain near a chain of disputed islands in the East China Sea in September. The captain was released later. However, the territorial dispute has sparked several protests in both countries. The uninhabited islands, called the Senkaku Islands in Japan and the Diaoyu Islands in China, are close to key shipping lanes, have rich fishing grounds and are believed to contain oil deposits.

The protester also criticized Premier Kan and his predecessor Yukio Hatoyama for their failure to remove USZ-led military bases from the southern island of Okinawa. "Indecisive and Band-Aid fixes... that's exactly what Kan heard from Hatoyama, and that's the DNA of DPJ", the speaker said. Kan's predecessor Yukio Hatoyama had to resign after he failed to keep his campaign promise of removing the base off Okinawa. The American Futenma base is unpopular among local residents who associate it with crime and pollution. The base has provoked a wave of anger in the country, with the nation demanding a complete removal of the airbase off the island.

Operation "Keen Sword" expanding - Japan and USZ launch biggest-ever joint war games

Read on Pakistan Cyber Force Facebook Page

Japan and the United States of Zionism have launched their biggest-ever joint military exercises off Japan's southern islands near South Korea amid growing tensions in the Korean Peninsula. The drills, named "Keen Sword", will continue until December 10. Washington has deployed more than 10,000 troops, 20 warships and 150 aircrafts to take part in the operation. Tokyo recently invited South Korean military officials to observe the exercises. The exercises come several days after an exchange of artillery fire between the two Koreas.

Operation "Keen Sword"

However, USZ and Japanese officials claim the drills were planned before the Korean clashes. The developments come days after Japanese on the southern Island of Okinawa re-elected incumbent governor Hirokazu Nakaima, who wants an end to the American military presence in the island. Nakaima, who wants the USZ Futenma airbase off Okinawa altogether, defeated his opponent who agreed to relocate the base to a less crowded area on the island.

Futenma hosts about half of the USZ troops in Japan as the row over the airbase has given new headaches to Japan's puppet Prime Minister Naoto Kan. Futenma has provoked a wave of angry protests in the country, with the nation demanding a complete removal of the airbase off Okinawa, which has been under the US command since the end of World War II.

Analysts and war specialists all over the globe look at these war games as USZ's last step towards its funeral, not only as a superpower, but also as a "united states". Economically crushed state is pushing itself to its limits only for keeping its ego as a superpower alive and to show the world that it still exists, but unfortunately, or fortunately, not for long now. Some also say that the globalists using American machinery for their globalist agenda deliberately leaked American documents using WikiLeaks just to warn the true American diplomacy that they own them, and if they try to hinder in their globalist plans, they can destroy American image worldwide and make it alone in the international community. They already own dollar and most probably the upcoming American currency as well.

Japan sending forces on disputed Islets between Japan & China

Read on Pakistan Cyber Force Facebook Page

Several recent reports say that Japan is planning to deploy non-combat troops near a chain of islands at the center of a dispute with China in response to Chinese naval war games in the East China Sea. Amid recent tensions between the two Asian powers, Japan is considering deploying 100 troops to Yonaguani, southwest of the disputed islands, known as 'Diaoyu' in China and 'Senkaku' in Japan, the Nikkei Business daily said on Sunday. Though the islands are under Japanese control, Beijing argues that they are historically a part of China.

Diaoyu Islets - Disputed territory (historically a part of China but now controlled by Japan)

The plan involves the deployment of lightly armed military personnel to monitor activities and communications of warships and aircraft, the newspaper said. In September, China conducted naval exercises in the Yellow Sea in response to US-South Korean joint drills. The Japanese Defense Ministry has also considered sending troops to the islands of Miyako and Ishigaki, west of Okinawa to beef up border security, the paper said. The main island of Okinawa is home to 2,100 Japanese troops. Currently, no troops are deployed on the islands to the west. The move is expected to worsen the spat between the two neighbors. The dispute over the ownership of the islands became heated in September when Japan detained a Chinese trawler captain near the chain after his vessel collided with two Japanese coastguard ships. The Chinese captain was held in custody for 17 days and then released. Several rival demonstrations have been staged in both China and Japan in recent weeks over the territorial dispute.

Japan cut its Interest Rate to ZERO - A severe blow to the international Zionist Banking Cartel

Japan's central bank has surprised financial markets by slashing its benchmark interest rate to almost zero, a move to fuel the country's faltering economy. The Bank of Japan (BOJ) announced Tuesday a 35 trillion yen ($418 billion) monetary easing program to incite the country's economic growth while cutting interest rates to a range of zero to 0.1 per cent.

The Bank Of Japan

Japan's central bank said in a statement released on Tuesday:

“Although Japan's economy still shows signs of a moderate recovery, the pace of recovery is slowing down partly due to the slowdown in overseas economies and the effects of the yen's appreciation on business sentiment”.
Reported by Press Association

The bank admitted that its move was "an extraordinary measure for a central bank”, adding that it had to act in light of the sluggish economic recovery and the damage the high yen was doing to business sentiment.

The Bank Of Japan noted “heightened doubt about the future, especially for the US economy”.

Bank Of Japan's decision gave an immediate boost to the stock market, with the Nikkei 225 index jumping 1.1 per cent after spending much of the day in negative territory. The decision highlights increasing worries about the Japanese economy, which is suffering a strong yen and persistent deflation. This is an extraordinarily hard blow to the global zionist banking cartel and an almost pure Islamic move by a non-Muslim country for the first time in decades.

It is critical to remember that Malaysia has already moved to the GOLD and SILVER coins almost two months ago.
