Indian government pulling out 25% troops from Kashmir - Indian Army Chief not ready

Indian Army chief General VK Singh Friday said there was no need to reduce the number of military personnel in Occupied Kashmir, snubbing his government’s announcement just hours earlier of 25% cut in security forces in the state, reported Indian media. Earlier in the day, Indian Home Secretary GK Pillai said the aim was to pull out 25% of troops from populated areas in the next 12 months as a confidence-building measure.

However, General VK Singh said, “In what context the home ministry has talked of forces reduction, I will not like to make any comment. In the future, if they want to reduce the paramilitary or police force, I would not like to say anything”, he added. He said as far as the number of armed forces personnel was concerned, there was no need to reduce their presence. “With regard to the army, we have deployed troops after analysing our requirements on the border and the Line of Control. As of now, we do not feel we should reduce the numbers", Singh told reporters at his annual media conference.

The Indian government doesn’t give the number of security forces in Jammu and Kashmir, but according to unofficial estimates the army has nearly one-fourth of its 1.13 million troops in the state. Speaking at a seminar on Kashmir in the Indian capital, Indian Home Secretary Pillai said that the government was looking at cutting troops by "25% in 12 months from populated areas’. “If we can manage with local police, that would be the most ideal situation, and this is one of the confidence-building measures - that people don’t get harassed by the overpresence of security forces”, Pillai said. “If peace comes, if violence is not there, people are comfortable, we can gradually reduce our presence and make sure that all forces are there only at the border for preventing infiltration.”

Indian communication satellite explodes after lift off

India's ambitious space program suffered a serious setback as its rocket carrying an advanced communication satellite GSAT-5P exploded after lift off. It was at 4:04 pm (almost 20 minutes ago from now) that the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) launched the rocket, with a 2,310 kg GSAT-5P satellite costing about Rs 125 crore. It rose into the sky with a deep roar, emitting thick orange flame at its tail. And suddenly it exploded and disintegrated into pieces.

Indian communication satellite GSAT-5P ready to lift off

The launch was originally scheduled for Nov 20 but was aborted a day earlier after a leak was detected in one of the valves of the Russian-made cryogenic engine. Later, tests ensured the stability of the valve. The ISRO gave the go-ahead for a Christmas day launch. The Russians had supplied seven cryogenic engines long back, and India has used six of them till date.

Lack of Toilets costs "Shining India" $54 billion every year

Read on Pakistan Cyber Force Facebook Page

In one of the latest World Bank's Water and Sanitation Program (WSP) reports, lack of toilets and other proper sanitation facilities costs India, the third Asian economy, nearly $54 billion a year. The Economic Impacts of Inadequate Sanitation in India estimated that inadequate sanitation causes the country lose 6.4% of its 2006 gross domestic product (GDP). World Bank experts say 450,000 out of the annual 575 million deaths reported in India are due to diarrhea, adding that millions of people in both rural and urban areas still have to defecate in the open and cope with poor drainage systems. Many Indians also do not wash their hands.

Inadequate toilets in schools and work places also force most of women and girls to be absent or refuse to attend due to the of lack of privacy. "For decades, we have been aware of the significant impacts of inadequate sanitation in India", said Christopher Juan Costain, the World Bank's head for South Asia's water and sanitation program.

More than half of India's 1.17 billion people were mobile- phone subscribers, yet only 366 million people had access to proper sanitation in 2008, a UN study says. According to World Bank, premature deaths, treatment of the sick for illnesses like diarrhea, malaria, trachoma and intestinal worms as well as the time lost due to illness is costing India $38.5 billion alone. "It is estimated that comprehensive interventions like use of toilets, hygiene promotion, improved access to safe water, and proper waste management can save India some Rs 1,321 (US$29.31) per capita", Costain said.

Our suggestion to the indian government: First you need to launch an emergency toilet construction campaign throughout India before going for billions of dollars worth nuclear deals with your former flying casket supplier friend, Russia. Enough said.

The home page of the CBI website had a message from the "Pakistan Cyber Army" warning the wannabe Indian Cyber Army not to attack Pakistani websites in future.

The hackers have made a mockery of India's cyber security by infiltrating into the CBI website, supposed to be one of the most secure websites. The CBI is connected to the command centre of world police organisation - Interpol - 24x7.The message from the hackers also spoke about the filtering controls provided by the National Informatics Centre (NIC), a body which mans computer servers across the country. The ultimate source of fatal diseases, "Shining India" - Now presents NDM-1

Read on Pakistan Cyber Force Facebook Page

People often go to India for operation as they are done very cheaply over there. India calls this industry as Medical tourism and the profit India gains per annum has crossed Rs.1200 Crore. And every year 1.1 million people from different countries come to India for different operations and surgeries especially cosmetic and open-heart surgery. One of the hospital groups in New Delhi operated more than 95000 patients in one year and it is predicted that the profit might to 1 billion dollars in 2012.

India opened this with a slogan "First world treatment at third world rate"  in the year 2000. But suddenly this industry started falling down at an astonishing rate. The sole reason for the downfall is a kind of bacteria virus which is carrying a special kind gene which is called New Delhi metallo-beta-lactamase (NDM-1). This is a kind of virus, which if enters a human body, then no antibiotic works in the body which is a drug that have a anti-bacterial effect and are commonly used. They either kill the bacteria or keep them from reproducing. However, NDM-1 does not allow them to work and make them functionless. NDM-1 mixes up with other bacterias and make them anti-biotic resistant. This is an Indian gene originated in India and was detected for the first time in a hospital in New Delhi and it is found nowhere else in the world, India is the biggest source of spreading it. Whoever goes to India to get himself cured from some disease is found infected with NDM-1. It is a very alarming situation. This gene has no cure yet and scientist are doing research on it.

NDM-1 was detected for the first time in a Swedish patient in Sweden after he returned from India. Nowadays most of the research on NDM-1 is done in Sweden and Norway. Those European scientist who for the first time blamed India for NDM-1 are not being issued Visa by India Government for further research. The first scientist to work on it was Dr. Yong et al.

A study by a multi-national team was published in the August 2010 in a journal "The Lancet Infectious Diseases." This examined the emergence and spread of bacteria carrying the NDM-1 gene. This reported on 37 cases in the United Kingdom, 44 isolates with NDM-1 in Chennai, 26 in Haryana and 73 in various other sites in Pakistan and India. The authors' analysis of the strains showed that many carried NDM-1 on plasmids, which will allow the gene to be readily transferred between different strains of bacteria by horizontal gene transfer.

Scientist even cautioned players taking part in the commonwealth games that they can get infected by this incurable disease. and as expected, the samples collected from the rooms of players had the effects on NDM-1. People from all over the world come to India to get cured and instead get infected by an uncurable disease. But India is not taking this matter seriously at all. Indian politicians have described linking this new drug resistance gene to India as “malicious propaganda” and blamed multinational corporations for what they describe as selective malignancy. A Bharatiya Janata Party politician has instead argued that the journal article is bogus and represented an attempt to scare medical tourists away from India.

It has stunned all the medical scientists all over the world as they are watching India on the Zionist media as Shining as a star. Pakistan has a very good opportunity of developing a clientage in the big hospital if the puppet government shows some interest. Anyhow, our free and sincere advice to all those interested in getting operated cheaply in India should get themselves operated in Pakistan as the cosmetic surgery in Pakistani hospitals is without a doubt far more cheap than in India. And even if the cure for NDM-1 is invented, Prevention is always better than cure.
